刮板输送机静、动态分析及应用程序开发
Static and Dynamic Analysis of Flight Bar Conveyor and Development of Applied Program

【摘要】 随着刮板输送机向大功率、长距离方向的发展,非稳定运行工况下的动力特性的影响已不容忽视。需要采用动态设计方法,得出整个刮板输送机各部分(即各点)的速度、加速度及位移,分析出刮板输送机在静态设计中不合理的地方,使刮板输送机运行更加经济合理。本文首先从刮板输送机的总体方案设计,然后进行动态分析。包括对刮板输送机的各部分建立动力模型,再建立整个刮板输送机系统的动力模型,列出状态方程,并用Visual Basic 6.0语言编写程序,解出方程。并配以二维、三维图形显示,使结果直观,便于分析。
【Abstract】 With flight bar conveyor being developed towards long distance, large carrying capacity and large driving power. Influence of dynamic property can’t ignored in no-steady running state. So we must take the dynamic design, get displacement velocity and acceleration of all flight bar conveyor every part. We analyzed no reasonable method of it in static design, making it to run more and more economical reasonable, This paper mainly starts from scheme design of flight bar conveyor, and then put up dynamic design. Including building dynamical model for every part of flight bar conveyor, building dynamical model for entireness of it again, in the end getting status equation and development program with Visual Basic 6.0 language ,solute equation ,and is illustrated with two-dimensions and three-dimensions graphics to make the results explicit and convenient to analyse
