钢纤维增强聚合物矿物复合材料(SFPMC)研究

【摘要】 本文研究了胶粘剂基体、骨料、填料和钢纤维对机械工程新材料—钢纤维增强聚合物矿物复合材料(SFPMC)性能的影响。通过正交试验确定了胶粘剂基体中树脂、固化剂、增韧剂的最佳配比,并对胶粘剂基体进行耐腐蚀、耐磨试验。采用连续级配的骨料,利用分形,计算出不同粒径的加入量。在胶粘剂基体、骨料和填料最佳配比的基础上,向PMC中加入钢纤维和偶联处理对其进行增强增韧,并推荐了SFPMC的最优配方。

【Abstract】 In this paper, by studying the influence to the property of new mechanical engineering material - Steel Fiber Polymer Mineral Composite ( SFPMC), the adhesive bonding matrix , aggregate, filler and steel fiber are studiedo Through orthogonal experiment the best matrix’ s prescription of resin、 solidifying agent and toughening agent is determined, the resistant corrosion and wearing testing are also used in resin matrixo By use of fractal, the amount of different grain size is calculated in continuous grading aggregate,On the base of the best prescription of resin matrix, aggregate and filler, the steel fiber and coupling treatment are added into PMC to strengthening and toughening, The best prescription of SFPMC is recommendo
