加筋粉煤灰治理桥头跳车病害的研究

【摘要】 桥头跳车现象是目前公路建设中常见的质量缺陷之一,每年都要为此花费大量的养护管理费用。为了寻找经济合理的治理措施,本文对引起桥头跳车的原因进行了分析研究,发现路桥衔接处的沉降差异是桥头跳车的根本原因。结合工业废渣的综合利用,提出以轻质填料——加筋高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料来填筑桥头引道路堤,以减轻路堤自重和地基附加应力,并对软土地基进行加固处理,以减小台背处的地基沉降和填料压缩变形,进而减小路桥衔接处的沉降差异,消除桥头跳车。 本文通过对高钙粉煤灰和粉煤灰及其混合料的工程力学特性的系统试验研究、加筋粉煤灰材料体的工程特性研究、室内模拟路堤试验研究,提出了高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料的优化配比,并确定了其路用技术参数;提出了粉煤灰混合料的建议松浦系数,并分析了影响这些工程特性的诸多因素;探讨了加筋粉煤灰填筑桥头引道路堤的设计与施工工艺。为其工程应用提供了科学依据。 本文结合前人的研究成果,推导了加筋粉煤灰路堤的沉降计算公式。通过九园公路北京排污河桥头引道路堤,进行了实体工程试验,给出了理论计算沉降值与实测值的对比分析结果。实践检验了加筋粉煤灰治理桥头跳车的应用效果,证明,以加筋粉煤灰填筑桥头引道路堤,能够有效消除路桥衔接处的差异沉降,消除桥头跳车现象。为治理桥头跳车病害提供了一种切实可行的新方法。
【Abstract】 Abutment jump is one of the most frequent quality problems encountered in highway construction. A lot of money was used to mend it every year. In order to look for an economical and reasonable treatment for it, the causes of abutment jump were studied in this paper. It is understood that the unequal settlement between abutment and approach embankment is the main cause of abutment jump. Combined with composite usage of industrial slag, a treat method wasput forward that use lightweight material------reinforced mixture of high calcium fly ash and flyash to backfill the approach embankment. Which can reduce the approach deadweight and ground additional stress. Together with soft ground stabilization, to reduce ground settlement and the compression of backfill material. So that eliminate the unequal settlement between bridge abutment and the approach embankment. Avoid abutment jump.In according to systemic experiment research on the characteristic of high calcium fly ash, fly ash and its mixture, on the performance of reinforced fly ash, on the research of model test indoors. This paper proposed the optimized mixing design for high calcium fly ash and fly ash mixture, determined its technical parameter for road application, put forward the loosening coefficient of fly ash mixture and analyzed various factors that may influence these properties, discussed the design and construction techniques. It is provided that the scientific basis for the popularization application of this method.In the light of relative knowledge of other technicians. A settlement calculating formula of reinforced fly ash embankment was derived. Combined with a real project of the bridge approach embankment of Beijing Recipient River in Jiuyuan highway, the real project test was done, and the settlement compared results of calculating result and observed result were provided. It was tested in practice that the effects of the treatment method for abutment jump using reinforced fly ash. It is proved that the unequal settlement can be reduced effectively through the method of backfill the approach embankment using reinforced fly ash. So as to avoid abutment jump. A new and feasible method to cure abutment jump was provided.
