大加速度场中燃烧过程的计算机仿真

【摘要】 本文提出了大加速度场中燃烧过程的计算机仿真这一课题,建立了大加速场中二维层流燃烧的数学模型,对控制方程组进行离散,采用SIUPLE算法和交错网格设计并调试程序。 本文采用PHOENICS进行了甲烷和空气在大加速场中扩散燃烧和预混燃烧的模拟实验。对比了大加速场中燃烧与非大加速场情况下的不同。 首先研究了扩散燃烧时的流场和温度场。当离心力的方向与流速方向相同时,流场有一个逆时针方向的回流区。当甲烷速度不变,随着过量空气系数的增加,回流区的强度增加;当加离心力时,随着离心加速度的增加,回流区的强度增加。研究了流场随着加速度增加的变化情况,随着加速度的增大,当离心力与流速方向相同时,流场有一逆时针方向的主回流区,在流场下游有一顺时针方向的回流区。研究了燃烧随着加速度增加的变化情况,随着加速度的增大,高温区的温度升高,火焰变宽。 其次研究了预混燃烧时的流场和温度场。预混火焰刚开始并不受离心加速度的影响,而随着加速度的加大,预混火焰的变化越来越大。当加速度的方向与流速一致时,火焰变短。

【Abstract】 In the thesis,we proposed the topic of the simulation of combustion process in the large acceleration field. We set up the math model of two-dimensional laminar flow in large acceleration, discretised the equation of combustion system, designed and debugged the program to simulate the combustion process in large acceleration by SIMPLE algorithm and staggered grid system.We simulated the combustion process in large acceleration of diffusion fuel and premixed fuel of methane and air by PHOENICS. We contrasted the combustion process in large acceleration field and in non-large acceleration field.Firstly We investigated the flow field and temperature field of diffusion fuel .When the direction of centrifugal force as same as the velocity of flow, there is a circumfluence of anti-clockwise. When the velocity of methane is unchangeable,the more fuel/air is,the intensity of circumfluence is stronger. When the centrifugal force is added, the intensity of circumfluence is increased along with the increase of centrifugal force. We investigated the transformation of the flow field with the increase of centrifugal force. When the acceleration became bigger, the flow field has a main circumfluence of anti-clockwise and a circumfluence of clockwise on the downriver. We investigated the transformation of the combustion with the increase of centrifugal force. When the acceleration became bigger, the temperature of high temperature field is increased and the flame became wider.Secondly We investigated the flow field and temperature field of premixed fuel. Premixed fuel is not originally been influenced by centrifugal force. Premixed fuel changed greatness with the increase of centrifugal force. When the direction of centrifugal force as same as the velocity of flow,the fuel became short.
