基于可视化虚拟设计技术的水平换向双向犁的分析研究

【摘要】 水平换向双向犁与单向犁相比减少了地头的空行程大大提高了班次生产率;与翻转双向犁相比水平换向双向犁具有结构相对简单、震动小、整机重量小等特点。本文运用先进的基于可视化的虚拟设计软件Solidworks及在其上的COSMOSWorks和DDM(Dynamic Designer Motion Pro 2001 Solidworks)对水平换向双向犁进行虚拟设计、虚拟装配和分析研究。首先本文运用可视化的虚拟设计技术对水平换向双向犁的一百多个零件进行三维设计、对各部件和整机进行虚拟装配。其次在前人研究的基础上推导出圆柱型犁体曲面的牵引阻力公式;根据该公式计算出旋转销三维实体模型所受的力,根据该力运用可视化虚拟设计技术对模型进行受力分析,对旋转销的参数进行合理设计;根据牵引阻力公式计算出安全螺栓所受的力,根据该力运用虚拟设计技术对安全机构进行设计。然后运用C语言程序设计对水平换向双向犁的换向机构进行优化设计;运用动态设计技术对换向机构的运动特性进行动态模拟仿真运动分析,对换向运动过程进行干涉检验。本课题的设计结果应用于1LB-240型水平换向双向犁上,实验验证表明运用虚拟设计技术研究分析的结果正确可靠,可应用于生产实践。
【Abstract】 Level exchanged direction and double direction plough reduces the useless distance and improves working procedure efficiency compared with the single direction plough; It has the characteristic of simpler structure, less vibration and weight etc., in contrast to the overturn double direction plough. In this thesis, the technology of visual fictitous design was used to design the level exchanged direction and double direction plough. First, the traction force formula of cylindrical plough face based on the prior study was deduced, and the forces of the solid model of circumrotatory pin was calculated, and visual dummy design technology was applied to analyse the force of circumrotatory pin and the parameter of pin. Second, C language was used to optimize the parameters of exchanged direction structure, and dynamic design technology was used to simulate the action of exchanged direction structure, and the interference test of exchanged direction structure was done. The result of design was applied to 1LB-240 level exchanged direction and double direction plough, the result of experimentation proved to be correct.
