【摘要】 本文对以蓖麻油为原料，合成麝香酮的新方法进行了研究。找到了一条十分简便的、可行的路线。到目前，我们已经合成了制备麝香酮中重要的一步中间产物十五碳二羧酸。并且研究了反应时间和反应温度等最佳条件。所合成的化合物通过红外光谱（IR）、核磁共振谱（1HNMR）及元素分析确定了结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we conducted researches on new method of synthesis of mustone starting from castor oil and find a simple and convenient , feasible route. So far, we have synthesized pentadecane diacid , which is a very important intermediate product during preparing muscone. At the same time, we have researched the optimum conditions of reaction and reaction temperature.In this study, some intermediates were separated by column chromatographic analysis and were determined by TLC,IR ,HNMR and elemental analysis.更多还原
