计算机控制系统中PC机与现场设备通信软件开发研究

【摘要】 在计算机控制系统集成中通常存在着现场设备通信协议不统一、现场设备之间难以兼容,以及系统通信软件移植性差并难以维护等问题。为此,本文借鉴现场总线和OPC技术的基本思想,对现场通信软件的开发进行了研究,建立起一种现场通信软件的结构模型,并提出了一种方便灵活、具有较高实际应用价值的现场通信软件开发方法。 为适应当前现场设备不断更新,软件开发技术不断发展的需要,本文对现场通信软件模块化和开放性的体系结构进行讨论,详细分析了现场通信软件各层的主要功能以及层与层之间的联系。通过划分各层的主要功能模块,定义模块通信接口,从而使这些功能模块可以开发成独立的通信控件,为现场通信软件的集成提供了基础。依照本文中所提出的现场通信软件的框架结构,作者在一个实际的系统环境中完成了现场通信软件的开发,通过该通信软件实现了多种不同通信协议现场设备的集成。 所开发的现场通信软件屏蔽了各种设备通信方式的差异,为应用程序提供统一的通信接口。它将系统的各种现场设备、数据库和应用程序高效地结合在一起,为计算机控制系统的集成带来了极大的方便。同时,它克服了传统软件开发中的封闭性、低水平重复劳动等等缺陷,使得现场通信软件的开发能够以集成各种通信控件的方式迅速地完成,从而极大地提高了现场通信软件的可维护性、扩展性和重用性。本文对现场通 V 一西大学硕士学位论义信软件的研究为现场设备兼容性问题提供了一个方便易用的解决方法,给计算机控制系统的集成带来了极大的方便,具有较高的学术价值和实用价值。

【Abstract】 In computer control system integrations, there often exist such problems as inconsistency among communication protocols of field devices, incompatibility between field devices, and poor portability and serviceability of system communication software. For this reason, this paper conducts researches in the field of field communication software development by introducing the basic ideas of field bus and OPC technologies, sets up a structural model of field communication software, and presents an field communication software development methodology of high convenience, flexibility and practical value.In order to accommodate the need for continuous updating of existing field devices and ongoing evolvement of software development technologies, this paper will discuss the modular and open architecture of field communication software, analyze in detail the main functions of each field communication software layer and the relationship between layer. Module communication interfaces are defined by dividing eachlayer’s key function modules, allowing these function modules to be developed into independent communication component to provide a solid foundation for field communication software integration. According to the field communication software framework proposed in this paper, author completed the development of a suite of field communication software in an actual system environment. With this communication software, integration among a variety of field devices of different communication protocols was implemented.The field communication software I developed shields the discrepancies in all kinds of device communication methods, providing a uniform communication interface for applications. It combines all field devices, databases and applications of the system effectively and efficiently, greatly facilitating the integration of computer control systems. In the meanwhile, it overcomes such shortcomings as closure and inefficient rework, and enables the field communication software development to be completed quickly by means of integrating a broad range of communication component, greatly increasing the serviceability, scalability and reusability. The research on the field communication software in this paper provides an easy and convenient solution to field device compatibility, greatly facilitates computer control system integration and has relatively high academic and practical value.
