车用柴油机与增压器的匹配试验研究

【摘要】 在YC6108Z_LQB(168kW/2600rpm)柴油机上,对两类共六种不同的增压器进行了匹配。通过提高增压压力,增加进气充量和供油量,并对发动机结构加以相应改进,可将发动机功率提高到191kW/2400rpm。 此外,还对燃油喷射系统参数进行了调整和对比试验,改进了缸套珩磨工艺,并选用两种燃油,在保证动力性和经济性的基础上,研究了这些因素对排放的影响。 试验能够达到的排放指标为:NOx一6.6g/(kW·h),PT—0.14g(kW·h),满足国家GB17691-2001B阶段排放法规中对气态和微粒污染物排放的限值要求,相当于欧Ⅱ标准。
【Abstract】 In this paper, two sorts total six types turbochargers were matched on YC6108ZLQB(168kW/2600rpm) diesel Engine. The test results showed that by the means of increased turbo charge pressure, air impulse and fuel supplied, with the measures of improved engine structure, the engine power can reached 191kW/2400rpm.Besides, the author adjusted the fuel injection system parameters, improved the cylinder honing technique, and selected two kinds of fuel to study the effects to exhaust emission.The experiments result of the exhaust emissions is: NOX?.6 g/(kW.h), PT ?0.14 g/(kW.h). AH had reached the limit of GB17691-1999 phase B, corresponding to Europe II criterion.
