管理体系一体化对首都经济的挑战与机遇

【摘要】 管理体系一体化就是完成ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系和OHSMS职业安全卫生管理体系的整合，使组织形成包括质量、环境和职业安全卫生管理体系的一体化。中国已加入世界贸易组织(WTO)，在这个大环境背景下研究管理体系一体化对首都经济带来什么样的机遇和挑战具有现实意义，本文就此进行探讨和分析。 本文首先介绍管理体系一体化趋势、管理体系一体化的概念及其实施可行性，管理体系一体化实施的过程，然后根据首都北京质量、环境、职业安全卫生管理体系的发展现状，结合调研分析、综合数据汇总分析、个案解剖分析、专家座谈等研究方法分析了质量、环境、职业安全卫生管理体系一体化对企业、认证认可机构的挑战、对政府职能转变的挑战、对社会科技发展水平的要求及其给首都经济发展带来的机遇，最后提出相应对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intergrated Management System (IMS) is the integration of ISO9001, ISO 14001, and OHSMS, which includes quality, environment and occupational health & safety management. China has entered into the World Trade Organization. So the research of IMS’s impact on Capital’s Economy is realistic, which the thesis will discuss and analyze.Firstly, the thesis introduces IMS’s trend, IMS’s concept, the possibility of integration, and the implementation process. Secondly, according to the survey on recent development of ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSMS in 37 Beijing’s enterprises, the challenges and opportunities of IMS on Capital’s economy are put forward by analyzing data, individual cases, and on the spot investigation and exchanging with experts.
