【摘要】 本文在社会信息流动提供的框架内，研究了社会信息能力的作用机制。论文共分5部分： 第一部分对国内和国外几个主要发达国家的信息能力研究进行了评述，对信息能力研究取得的主要成果进行了梳理，对存在的突出问题进行了分析。 第二部分主要分析了社会信息能力的内涵。首先分析了信息能力研究中术语使用混乱的原因；然后界定了社会信息能力概念的内涵；接着分析了社会信息能力的层次结构和要素结构；最后讨论了社会信息能力的结构转换。 第三部分主要分析了社会信息能力的作用机制。首先分析了社会信息能力的作用对象；然后分析了社会信息能力的作用方式；接着分析了社会信息能力的作用效果；最后分析了社会信息能力的作用条件。 第四部分主要分析了社会信息能力的演化。首先分析了社会信息能力演化的依据；然后分析了社会信息能力演化的模式；最后讨论了社会信息能力的演进问题。 第五部分为一简短的结论。 本文的创新之处主要在于：第一次提出社会信息能力的作用机制问题，并通过理论分析尝试着回答了这一问题，为进一步研究社会信息能力在不同情境中的作用奠定了基础；第一次从演化的角度研究社会信息能力的反作用过程，为社会信息能力的培养提高提供了理论依据。 但是由于篇幅限制和兴趣缺乏两方面原因所致，本文没有进一步深入研究社会信息能力的评价体系和社会信息能力的培养模式，因而由社会信息能力作用机制研究所准备的理论基础没有在实践层面上展开，这是本文的主要缺憾。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies the function mechanism of social information capacity. The text comprises 5 parts:The first part gives a general review of both the domestic and the abroad information capacity study.The second part tries to analyze the connotation of social information capacity. First, the concept of social information capacity is defined. Then, the level structure and the key elements of social information capacity are analyzed. Finally the structure transforming is discussed within the frame of social information flowing.The third part investigates the function mechanism of social information capacity according to the function objectives, the function pattern, the effects resulted from social information capacity’s functioning and the conditions for the social information capacity to function well .The fourth part discusses the evolution of social information capacity. First, the 4 principles with which social information capacity evolves are analyzed. Then, the two evolving patterns are discussed. Finally, the progression of social information capacity is put forward.The fifth part gives a brief conclusion.There are two innovative points in this paper. The first one is suggesting and discussing the question of the function mechanism of social information capacity for the first time. The second one is the investigation on the evolution of social information capacity, which provides a basis for its development.There is also a pity in this paper: The paper doesn’t deal with the evaluation indexes of social mforaiation, neither with the developing pattern.更多还原
