空调铝箔成形性研究及翅片冲压缺陷分析

【摘要】 为满足青岛海尔黄岛商用空调器厂的翅片要求,对不同条件生产的铝箔进行了测试与研究。初步摸索了满足其使用性能要求的生产工艺。研究结果表明,铝箔组织的均匀性、第二相形状、大小与分布、退火工艺、涂层工艺等对翅片冲压性能影响较大。达到翅片冲压时对铝箔性能的要求,铝箔的组织必须均匀,第二相颗粒要细小、弥散分布,铝箔退火时温度必须精确,要采用测温退火,生产涂层箔时,要避免二次退火。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of Qindao Haier Commercial Conditioner Fabrication Plant for aluminium foil quality, many kind of aluminium foil are analyzed to find the relation between the defects and the properties of aluminium foil. The processing of aluminium foil used for the conditioner fin are generally found. The investigation proved that the structure equality, the shape, size and distribution of the second phase, the annealing technology and the later coating process are important for the aluminium foil stamping property. In order to meet the stamping requirements, the second phase in the aluminium foil should be homogeneous, fine, dispersive. The annealing temperature should be controlled accurately and measured in contact with the coils.
