【摘要】 背景与目的 用引文分析法对高校学术水平进行撑名是目前国际上较为推崇的以科学指标、科学计量学为代表的系统化研究方法，其特点是通过客观而定量的分析某学科单元研究群体的论文被同行引用以及在一定区域内的影响力，衡量该学科单元的学术水平、内在实力以及展示学科布局的客观数据。本研究基于这一原理，对我国十所实力较强的医学高校所属的44个学科进行了系统的引文分析评价，研究目的在于：(1)从学术水平角度对评估学科单元进行横向比较，为十强学校重点学科的评估提供客观依据；(2)探讨引文分析法在医学重点学科评估实际操作中的可行性和适用性；(3)构建评估理论和评估模型，为健全和完善我国医学重点学科评估指标体系提供借鉴和参照。 对象和方法 1．评估学校 以近年来在我国临床医学评估中总分名列前茅的协和医科大学、北京大学医学院(北京医科大学)、复旦大学医学院(上海医科大学)、上海第二医科大学、第二军医大学、第四军医大学、四川大学华西医学中心(华西医科大学)、中山大学医学院(中山医科大学)、华中科技大学同济医学院(同济医科大学)九所研究型大学外加浙江大学医学院(浙江医科大学)为评估实施对象； 2．评估学科 根据国家教委下达的二级学科分类标准，将每所学校的下含学科分列为44个二级学科，共440个评估单元，逐一作为评估主体； 3．评价工具 《Web SCI》1997-2001， 《中国科技论文引文分析数据库》万方版最近五年； 4．评价指标 以《Web SCI》收录、《CSTY》收录、《Web SCI》被引、加权总分作为评估指标；实际记分时在各指标原始数据中分别加入权重系数和信度调整系数； 5．数据分析 采用单指标图表模拟和多指标加权综合依次对十所高校的44个二级学科进 简江六学硕士学位沦文 行学术水平排序。 结果 1．本次评估入围的我国现有医学重点学科点92．孤有一项以上指标出现在本 次评估结果的前三名； 2．o隅 有二项以上指标出现在本汰评估结果的前三名； 3．6Th 有三项以上指标出现本次账结果的前三名 4．6Th 出现在综合评估（加权总分）指标的前三名； 5．6Th 出现在SCI llqw指标的前三名； 6．6Th 出现在CSTY收录指标的彼名； 7．6the 出现在SCI引指标的前三名。 结沦 1．本次评估中得出的结果与我国现有医学重点学科的分布基本一致，说明引 文分析法可以从学术水平角度为重点学科的邀选提供客观依据； 2．各项引文分析指标的数据表明，引文指标与重点学科正相关，可以从一个侧 面评估重点学科的学术水平； 3．结果中的“加权总分” 项与椭重点学科的吻合串理想M蛊了其盐个 单项指标，这说明本次的指标权重分配和瞩整系数设置合理而有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background and PurposeThe citation index, based on the data extracted from the (SCI), is a recognized means used in evaluating the academic level about universities and scholars in the scientometric field. In this study, the secondary-subjects of ten top Chinese medical colleges are analyzed by the citation index with the processing of the citation data from the (Web SCI) and <CSTY> . The purpose of this study is as follows: (l)To analyze the relationship between some citation parameters and research activities of scholars in assessing the key medical subjects; (2)To discuss the feasibility and the application of methodology used in evaluating the key subjects by the citation index; (3)To set up some assessing models and some assessing parameters based on the citation analysis in order to developing the evaluating system to assess the key medical subjects in our country.Objects and Methodologyl.Evahiated CollegesNine top Chinese medical colleges are selected, including Union Medical College, Medical College of Beijing University, Medical College of Fudan University, Shanghai Second Medical University, Second Military Medical University, Fourth Military Medical University, West China Medical Center of Sichuan University, Medical college of Zhongshan University, Tongji Medical College of Huazhong S&T University, in addition, Medical College of Zhejiang University was analyzed;2. Evaluated Subjects44 secondary subjects under each medical college according to the classification of the National Education Council, total 440 evaluated units were analyzed among the ten colleges;3. Evaluating ToolsCWeb SCI) and ICSTY) (Chinese S&T Citation);4. Evaluating ParametersThree monomial citation parameters including the number of papers selected in (Web SCI),the number of papers selected in(CSTY), the times cited intWeb SCI), in addition to , the weighted integrate parameter reckoned combining with the weighted coefficient and the modulated coefficient;5. Data AnalysisThe model figs and citation ranking among the national & international subject fields are showing according to both the monomial parameters and the weighted integrate parameter.Results1. There are 92.7% current Chinese key medical subject units in the top three ranking to match one parameter;2. There are 89% current Chinese key medical subject units in the top three ranking to match two parameters;3. There are 63% current Chinese key medical subject units in the top three ranking to match three parameters;4. There are 67% current Chinese key medical subject units ranking the top three in the weighted integrate parameter,5. There are 67% current Chinese key medical subject units ranking the top three to match the number of papers selected in {Web SCO ;6. There are 67% current Chinese key medical subject units ranking the top three to match the number of papers selected in <CSTY> ;7. There are 60% current Chinese key medical subject units ranking the top three to match the times cited in (Web SCO .Conclusion1. The results of citation ranking were identical with the current situation of Chinese key medical subject units, which indicate that the data from the citation index could reflect the academic level of key medical subjects;2. All data from multi citation parameters showing they were direct correlated with the key medical subjects, which suggest that the citation parameters and the citation index could measure and assess the key medical subjects in the academic fields;3. The ratio of "weighted integrate parameter" in mapping the key subjects was higher than other parameters, which indicates that the weight of parameters and the modulated coefficient taken in this study are logical and valid.更多还原
