【摘要】 本文在深入分析MRP在制造企业中的作用和应用现状的基础上,围绕现有的ERP系统中MRP功能模块存在的问题,对MRP功能的通用化和柔性化展开研究。根据MRP的基本原理和我国制造企业的生产管理的实际情况,对MRP功能模块进行开发和设计,提供了柔性化管理软件的开发思路。 本文的第一章综述了管理信息系统外部环境和内部原理演变过程,指出了管理信息系统的发展趋势,分析了MRP在现阶段的研究和应用状况,指出了MRP功能模块在ERP中存在的问题,并论述了相关的课题背景和论文的主要研究内容。 第二章是对MRP基本原理和运算逻辑进行分析,指出了MRP在生产管理中的地位和作用,简单描述了主生产计划、独立需求计划、物料清单、物料主文件等MRP运算信息源的作用;最后,采用各种优化手段对MRP计算送行优化,得到了分布式MRP计算的优化模型。 第三章在对我国制造企业的充分调研的基础上,分析了物料需求计划子系统的功能需求;根据系统的功能需求,用分层数据流图分析了数据间的复杂关系,给出了相应的E—R图,并设计了相关的数据实体;该章的最后,结合我国制造企业生产管理的实际情况,对物料需求计划子系统进行功能设计,使物料需求计划子系统可以适合各种生产类型的制造企业对于物料需求计划功能的需求。 本文的第四章是论文的重点,该章对物料需求计划子系统的关键功能模块的设计和实现进行研究,并给出了部分关键功能模块的实现过程;然后针对ERP系统实施中MRP模块经常出现的问题,提出了MRP运算的数据完备性保证策略;最后分析了与MRP运算相关的一些BOM关键算法的实现。 第五章在MRP原理的充分理解以及MRP功能的开发研究的基础上,提出了MRP柔性化的含义和内容,并指出研究MRP柔性化的意义;然后从灵活的计划参数设置、多种批量政策下MRP的实现、而向各种主生产计划的MRP以及MRP如何适应多样化的提前期模式等方面对MRP柔性化进行初步的探索。 第六章根据前面对MRP的设计和研究,以中天ERP为例,给出了相应的运行结果。物料需求计划子系统比较复杂,运行界面多,限于篇幅,该章只是对其中的部分运行界面作为实例进行简单介绍。 第七章对全文的研究工作进行丁总结,讨论了论文有待进一步完善的地方,并提出了今后需要进一步研究的课题。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the role that MRP (Material Requirements Planning) takes in manufacturing industry and the research status of MRP, this thesis is mainly concerned with the problem of MRP existing in ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system, then makes researches on the universality and the flexibility of MRP. The thesis aims to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for ERP’s developmentOn the basis of analyzing the history of external environment of enterprises and the internal principle, Chapter 1 firstly discusses the development of computing models and application status of MRP, then points out the problems of MRP that exist in ERP system. At last, the objective of the thesis is pointed out, and the research frame is presented after the state of the art in MRP is reviewed.Chapter 2 introduces foundational theory and computing logic in MRP. The role of MRP taking in manufacturing industry is presented. Then it presents the function of the input information such as MPS (Master Production Schedule), BOM (Bill of Material). Finally, it gives all kinds of ways to optimize the computing of MRP, then presents the optimized MRP computing scheme.In Chapter 3, After making a detailed investigation into manufacturing industry, it analyzes the function demand of MRP and design the function accordingly. Then the database is designed with DFD(Data Flow Diagram) and Entity-Relationship Diagram according to the function demand. Finally, it introduces the design of collectivity and present the aim to design the function modules. The objective is that the system can adapt to all kinds of manufacturing Enterprises.Chapter 4 is the key of this thesis. Firstly, it presents the design and implementation of some key function modules. Secondly, it analyzes the problem of MRP subsystem often occurred in the application of ERP in enterprises, therefore, gives the strategy to ensure the integrity and legitimacy of the information used in MRP computing. At last, it presents the implementation of some key function of BOM, these key functions are applied in MRP computing frequently.On the basis of comprehension of the principle of MRP and the development of Zhongtian ERP, Chapter 5 discusses the meanings of the universality and the flexibility Then it makes researches on the universality and the flexibility in all ways. Firstly, it presents flexible parameter configured function modules to enhance he universality and the flexibility. Secondly, it illustrates how die MRP subsystem to integrate with all kinds of MPS and strategy of batch. Finally, it presents how the MRP subsystem to provide the flexible lead time.Chapter 6 provides some running examples. These examples are used for the test of Zhongtian ERP. Because of the limit of length, it only introduces some key function modules.In chapter 7, all achievements of the thesis are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
