面向产品质量规划的故障分析专家系统研究

【摘要】 开展面向产品质量规划的故障分析专家系统研究是适应市场竞争,响应时代发展的需要,是实现快速而有效的将用户需求反映到产品设计中去并且预防故障发生的有力工具。本论文在查阅了国内外大量的有关文献、分析了故障分析方法的研究现状和发展动态的基础上,从面向专家系统的基础上对故障分析方法(FA)进行了全面而深入的研究。主要工作包括:对故障分析方法进行了全面深入的研究,在此基础上,提出了质量规划综合分析方法的系统框架,重点分析了故障分析专家系统(FAES)的体系统结构和功能模型,对FAES系统的知识描述、处理、和维护进行了探索和研究,并以轴承为研究对象对系统进行了详细的说明。 本论文共分六章: 第一章,阐述了故障分析方法和质量功能配置在企业产品和质量管理与保证中的作用,其作用是通过质量规划的正向保证和故障分析方法的反向预防来保证产品的质量。综述了故障分析方法的研究现状和发展趋势,在此基础上提出本文的研究内容。 第二章,描述了产品设计过程中质量规划方法一质量功能配置,提出了质量规划综合分析方法的系统框架,重点探讨和分析了质量规划中所用的多种故障分析方法及其之间的综合、扩展的方法。 第三章,建立了故障分析专家系统的体系结构,重点分析了故障分析专家系统(FAES)的功能模型和计算机辅助建树的功能模型。 第四章,对FAES系统的知识进行归纳分析,详细探讨了FAES主要的知识的获取和分析过程,强调了知识的正确的、合理的分析转化,分析了FAES与质量规划方法知识接口的问题,研究了FAES知识库的管理和维护,并对其数据库进行了设计。 第五章,在WINDOWS NT、MS SQL SERVER7.0、MS VISUAL C++6.0的环境下,采用ADO和ODBC接口技术,以轴承为研究对象,开发了面向产品的质量规划的FAES系统,并结合轴承的设计进行了系统运行和分析。 最后,第六章总结了全文的研究内容和成果并展望了未来的研究工作。

【Abstract】 It is essential to make research on fault analysis of expert system facing product to adapt to market competition, response to the development of society. The research is important for designer to solve how to convert the customer requirement into the process of manufacture and to prevent fault in the process of production. Based on a wide exploration into the relevant papers and studying the recent achievement and the developing trends in the field of FA, this dissertation made a systematic and profound research on fault analysis of expert system facing quality layout. These researches mainly included: The fault analysis is completely researched. This dissertation made a systematic and profound research on fault analysis of expert system is put forward. The function modelling and the information modelling for FAES is established. It probes into the knowledge described and processed, the knowledge maintenance, management and layout of the FAES system; and develop FAES based on product facing the quality layout.The whole dissertation is divided into six chapters.Chapter one introduce the history and the significance of the FA facing quality layout in product design and quality management for enterprise. The recent research on FA was surveyed. The developing and future prospects of the research were also discussed. And the whole research work in this paper was proposed.Chapter two, It described quality function deployment (QFD), a kind of method for quality layout, and put forward the systematic layout of the joints among quality layouts. It completely researched many FA’s methods relating to fault tree analysis(FTA) and failure modes effects criticality analysis(FMECA).probed into fuzzy failure modes and effects ,critical analysis(FFMECA),and the joints between FFMECA and FTA.Chapter three, it put forward FAES’s layout, it establish the information model of the FAES, the FAES and the computer-aided building tree for fault in the product design and research the relation among all kind of information modelling.Chapter four, it design the FAES, it generalize and analyse the knowledge of the FAES, and probe into the process of knowledge described and analysed in detail, emphasize the right acquiring and transform way, and research the interface of knowledge between FAES and QFD. It designs the system DB.Chapter five, it illustrates the development of FAES facing bearing in the process of production.Finally, chapter six, it made a conclusion of the whole dissertation and looked forward the future research work.
