基于模糊层次分析法的机电产品绿色度综合评价的研究与实现

【摘要】 资源、环境、人口是当今人类社会面临的三大主要问题,特别是环境问题,正对人类社会的生存与发展造成严重的威胁。制造业是一个国家国民经济的支柱产业,它既是消耗资源的大户,也是产生环境污染的源头产业。因此,世界各国都投入了大量的人力和物力,对绿色工业产品及其相关技术开展了广泛的研究。但是,什么样的产品是绿色产品,如何客观、科学的对产品进行绿色度综合评价,还没有统一、权威的看法。客观、正确的度量产品的绿色度,已变得非常重要。 一个合适的评价体系和方法不仅影响到评价结果的准确性,而且也会影响企业生产计划的合理制定和实施。本文比较了几种常见的系统评价方法,根据产品的特性,提出了应用模糊层次分析法对机电产品进行绿色度综合评价。 本文主要进行了以下几个方面的研究: 1.详细分析机电产品在其生命周期的各个阶段与环境的关系,找出可能对环境造成的负面影响和产生的原因。同时研究机电产品绿色度综合评价指标体系的制定原则,确立合理的评价指标。 2.构造机电产品绿色度综合评价系统的层次模型,确立各个层次的评价指标。建立同一层次评价指标的权重判断矩阵,计算各评价指标的组合权重。对最底层评价指标建立隶属函数,确定相应的隶属阈,进行无量纲化处理得出隶属度。最后应用线性加权和法给出产品的综合评价值。 3.成功开发了一个机电产品绿色度综合评价原型系统。该系统用ObjectARX2000+Visual C++6.0开发,并嵌入到AutoCAD2000中。该系统不仅能够对机电产品进行绿色度综合评价,而且提供了大量的“绿色知识”,协助机电产品的设计开发人员进行绿色设计和绿色制造。并应用此系统对浙江菲达机电公司生产的F177型电除尘器进行了绿色度综合评价。

【Abstract】 Resource, environment and population are the three main problems that human beings must face today. Especially the worse and worse environment is threatening the existence and development of human beings. Although manufacturing industry is the backbone of a country’s economy, it is not only the main cause of the resource depletion but also of the environment pollution. Many countries have devoted a lot of manpower and material resources to researching and devising green products. However, until now there is no consistent and typical criterion on what is a green product and what is not. A good method to evaluate the comprehensive green degree of the products impersonally and exactly is very needed.An appropriate evaluation system and method will not only influence the correctness of the result of the evaluation, but also the rational establishment and implementation of the manufacturing plan of the enterprise. According to the characteristics of the electromechanical products, FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) is presented to evaluate the comprehensive green degree of the electromechanical products.There are some main problems discussed in this dissertation as follows:1. Detailed analysis of the relation between the environment and the electromechanical products in its full life cycle, the reasons of the negative impact which the electromechanical products may do to the environment, and the research on the principles of the comprehensive evaluation establishment. Finally to present the very appropriate evaluation indexes.2. Establishment of the hierarchy model of the comprehensive green degree evaluation system, and to present the evaluation indexes of every class. Constructing the judging matrix, and to calculate every index’s weight To build the functions of the degree of subordination of the bottom indexes, and the establishment of the evaluation thresholds. Having the indexes none-dimensionally , and to educe the degree of subordination of every index. Finally to get the result of the comprehensive evaluation using the linearity-weighted-sum method.3. To develop a prototype system of Ihe comprehensive green degree evaluation of the electromechanical products. The system is developed by ObjectARX2000 & Visual C++ 6.0 and embedded in AutoCAD2000. It can not only evaluate me comprehensive green degree of the electromechanical products , but also provide much "green knowledge" and help the engineers to make green design and green manufacturing. The comprehensive green degree of the F177 ESP(ElectroStatic t>reciprtator) designed and manufactured by Zhejiang Feida Electromechanical Company is evaluated.
