基于DSP的摆式列车测试系统研究

【摘要】 当今我国铁路事业面临着非常严峻的考验,列车速度不断提高,对原来的路况提出了很高的要求。根据国外的情况,开发具有自主知识产权的摆式列车已成为铁路提速的当务之急。 摆式列车测控系统的研制是铁道部科技开发项目,论文结合数字信号处理器(DSP)在数字信号处理领域的主要技术,从工程应用的角度深入地研究了DSP技术并很好地应用在摆式列车测试系统中。 DSP技术涉及到许多学科并具有相当大的发展潜力,已经在通信与信息系统、信号与信息处理、自动控制、军事等领域得到广泛的应用。摆式列车测试系统之所以选择DSP作为其核心器件,正是由于DSP在数字信号处理上表现的优秀性能及其通用性。其中,TI公司的TMS320C4x系列在浮点DSP领域中占有非常重要的地位。 论文的主要任务是:根扼当前数字信号处理理论,用通DSP实现摆式列车测试系统。文中不仅对摆式列车测试系统的组成进行了讨论,并围绕DSP设计了测试系统的前向通道,中断、复位子系统,存储了系统,通信子系统和调试子系统。同时对测试系统进行了进行了信号完整性分析(SI),这对系统的抗干扰能力、可靠性的提高有很大的帮助。在论文最后,给出了测试系统底层驱动程序并通过了整个系统调试。 对系统中的各个子系统,不仅从理论上对其构成进行了分析,还对有不同的实现方案的子系统进行了比较,分析了它们的优缺点,并根据实用性和可行性的原则,选择其一作为子系统的实现方案。同时,对设计结果进行了仿真,证实了理论的可行性。 摆式列车项目的研究是国家重点课题,测试系统在整个研究中占有重要的地位,是关系着摆式列车能否安全运行的一个重要环节。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, the railway department in our country has encountered many challenging difficulties. The continuous improvement of the train speed results in the high requirement of the quondam railway condition. Therefore according to the condition abroad, the development of the tilting train, designed by our own country, has been placed the first position on the way of the improvement of the train speed.The research of titling train testing & control system is the science and technology development item of the railway ministry. Considering the engineering application, DSP technology, the main direction in the field of digital signal processing, is discussed in this paper.The technology of the DSP involves in many kinds of science and has been widely applied in many fields such as communication, signal processing, auto control and military. On the grounds of the perfect capability and availability of DSP in the digital signal processing, the choice of DSP as the core component in the testing system is wise and advisable. And the TMS320C4x serials of Texas Instruments (TI) company comprise of the most important parts in the whole floating DSP products.The main problem the paper tries to resolve is the application of the available Digital Signal Processor (DSP) in the testing system of the tilting train based on the current digital signal theory. In the paper the constitution of the testing system in the tilting train is discussed, as well as the design of the front access, the subsystems performing the function of interruption, resetting, saving, communication and debugging. Furthermore the analysis of the Signal Integration (SI) is considered, which has improved the anti-noise ability and the reliability of the system. At the end of the paper, the driver program, working in the basement and passing the debug of the whole testing system successfully, is mentioned.In the paper the composition and the different projects of the respective subsystems are ideally analyzed and compared. In terms of the advantages and the disadvantages, also based on the principle of the utility and availability, a favorable project is applied in the system. The feasibility of the design is proved by the result of the simulation.The development of tilting train is one of the national crucial programmers. And the testing system is so important in the whole project that its effective design attaches to the security of the tilting train running.
