基于DSP的异步电动机SVPWM系统研究

【摘要】 在国民经经济建设和国防科技事业的进程当中,电气传动的应用极为重要。为满足运行、生产、工艺上的性能要求和能明显节约电能的需要,许多生产机械都需要进行调速。20世纪80年代以前,要求调速的设备多用直流电动机调速,但由于直流电动机结构复杂,制造费时以及需要经常性维护等缺点,使得人们一直努力寻找能替代直流电动机调速的交流电动机调速。随着电力电子技术、PWM调制技术、计算机控制技术、交流电动机的控制技术的发展,交流调速系统由于其坚固耐用、运行可靠等众多优点,正在逐步取代以前直流调速系统,在传动领域占据主导地位。 本文在介绍了交流调速系统的种种主流技术后,较为详细地讨论了电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术,并对恒压频比且为同步调制时的SVPWM矢量的选择,进行了细致地推导。在分析了常用的SVPWM技术方案基础上,提出了一种在低频时转矩脉动更小的空间矢量PWM技术,并对比SVPWM调制分析了其优缺点,结论得到了仿真研究的证实。本文给出了电压型PWM变换器和电动机的仿真组态模型,详细讨论了如何用MATLAB中的SIMULINK进行仿真的具体步骤及注意要项。 本研究设计了采用DSP芯片TMS320F243和智能功率模块IPM的功率硬件平台,编程实现了整个调制过程实验,实测了电机侧电压、电流波形。仿真与实验结果,为应用TMS320F243 DSP实现SVPWM变频调速的产品化提供了经验和借鉴。
【Abstract】 Electric drives are very important application in the economy, national defense science and technology. Lots of production mechanics need regulate speed for the need of running, producing, transporting and saving energy. Before the eighties of the twentieth century, many devices mostly use DC motor speed regulation system. But because of DC motor’s complicated structure, manufacture consuming time, constant maintenance and so on, people try to replace the DC motor speed regulation with AC motor speed regulation .By the development of power electronics, PWM technology, computer control and AC motor control, AC speed regulation system is replacing AC speed regulation system by its many faults such as solidity, safety and so on.After introduce the main technologies of AC regulation speed, the paper deduces in details the voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology and SVPWM’s vector selection of constant ratio of voltage and frequency. Following the analysis of the ordinary SVPWM technology project, the paper presents a new space vector PWM with smaller torque purple running low frequency. The simulation proves the conclusion, after faults and defaults are analyzed in contrast of traditional SVPWM. The paper shows the simulation configuration model of voltage PWM inverter and motor and discusses the simulation steps and items with MATLAB/SIMULINK.The power hardware system is based on DSP TMS320F243 and intelligent power module (IPM), and the DSP software is programmed to realize the modulation. The voltage and current of motor side are measured in the experiment. Experience and reference are provided in applying the TMS320F243 in SVPWM variable frequency speed regulation.
