微型客车运动学/动力学仿真研究

【摘要】 本文采用多刚体系统动力学的理论方法,应用ADAMS View模块建立了某种微型车整车多自由度模型,通过对车辆进行多体动力学的研究,对车辆的平顺性进行了评价,并对影响车辆平顺性的主要因素进行了研究,探索运用ADAMS软件评价整车平顺性的方法。应用ADAMS Car模块建立了前悬架运动学模型,探讨了前轮定位参数的变化规律。 本文在模型建立过程中,采用试验与计算相结合的办法获取各种参数,前轮定位参数、减振器阻尼特性、零部件的质量均通过实际测量获得,弹簧刚度等通过计算获得。使模型更接近车辆的实际工况。 运用ADAMS软件建立与实际悬架系统相对应的整车动力学模型,通过道路试验与仿真结果的对比,验证了模型的可信性;充分利用ADAMS软件的特点,通过改变悬架有关参数,进行大量的悬架动力学仿真计算,并进行灵敏度分析,最后得出这些参数对平顺性的影响规律。对前悬架进行了运动学仿真分析,得到了悬架结构对前轮定位参数的影响规律。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of Multi_body Dynamics , this thesis use ADAMS_View to establish the multiple free limit model of a certain kind of subminiature vehicle and evaluate the vehicle ride through studying the vehicle multiple geostatics, moreover, it study the major affect factor of vehicle ride and research the methods of using ADAMS to evaluate the vehicle ride. It also use ADAMS_Car to build the kinematics model of front suspension, studying the varying rule of front wheel orientation parameter.In the process of building model, the method of using experiments to collaborate with computer to acquire parameters was used. The front wheel orientation parameter, the absorber damp speciality and the quality of parts were all acquired by actual measure. The spring rigidity etc are acquired by calculation. By this way the model can approach the practical instance.Through comparing the road experiments with the result of simulation the corresponding vehicle kinematics model that was bulit by ADAMS was confirmed to be reliable; This article adequately utilize the trait of ADAMS to do a lot of suspension kinematics simulation calculation and deal with the sensitivity degree to acquire the affect rule of these parameters. It use ADAMS to simulate the front suspension kinematics and gain the rule of suspension frame affecting the front wheel orientation parameter.
