远程智能故障诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 传统的复杂设备故障诊断技术已不能满足制造系统全球化、客户化等发展趋势的需要,本论文所研究的远程智能故障诊断系统旨在能够经济、快速、有效地解决这些问题。 本文以制造系统新趋势下的复杂设备故障诊断需求为背景,研究认为远程智能故障诊断系统是一个各子系统诊断模块基于Internet/Intranet的有机集成,各子系统诊断模块分布在各子系统生产厂或科研机构中,它们具有独立的子系统诊断功能,其有效集成能够完成系统更为复杂地诊断。本文对系统的总体结构、逻辑结构、功能模型、知识表示等进行了深入地研究。在此基础上,以发动机为例开发了基于Web的远程智能故障诊断系统,服务器端使用ASP技术,各子系统诊断模块为DCOM组件。各子系统诊断模块的实现算法应用了专家系统、神经网络、模糊神经网络等智能技术,本论文对它们的应用实现进行了详细地描述。原型系统在局域网中实现并运行,取得了良好的运行效果。

【Abstract】 Traditional fault diagnosis technologies of complicated device cannot adapt the global and customized tendency of manufacturing system. In this paper, remote intelligence fault diagnosis system is to solve the problem economically, rapidly and effectively.To meet the new requirements of complicated device fault diagnosis, this paper puts forward the concept of remote intelligence fault diagnosis system. It is an integration of many diagnosis subsystems by Internet/Intranet that can diagnose independently. They can cooperate to solve the complicated fault problem. In this paper, the whole structure, logical structure, function model and knowledge representation are researched thoroughly. Then the prototype of remote intelligence fault diagnosis system for engine is realized. The server component is realized with Microsoft ASP technology and the diagnosis subsystem components are realized with the DCOM technology. Expert System, Neural Network and Fuzzy Neural Network algorithms are used in the diagnosis subsystems and analyzed. Under the LAN environment, the prototype is realized and run well.
