M46J/QY8911-Ⅱ复合材料预浸纱制备与缠绕技术研究

【摘要】 本文以新型高推比发动机为背景,重点研究树脂基缠绕复合材料在航空发动机中应用的基础问题。通过制定合理的工艺和大量的反复实验,主要完成了以下三方面的工作: 1)针对缠绕工艺特点,对QY8911-Ⅱ双马来树脂进行了差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析,通过测试数据及对大量数据分析,确定了用QY8911—Ⅱ进行加热缠绕的合理工艺窗口,指明了用QY8911-Ⅱ进行加热缠绕工艺的可行性; 2)开展了预浸纱制备工艺实验研究,通过反复调试获得了满意的工艺参数,制备出了满足工艺要求的预浸纱,为M46J/QY8911-Ⅱ缠绕复合材料的研制奠定了基础。 3)用M46J/QY8911-Ⅱ完成了复合材料NOL环的缠绕与制备,并对其性能进行了实验研究。

【Abstract】 In this paper, according to the high propulsion ratio engine, the basic problem of applying resin matrix filament winding composites on aeroengines was emphasisly studied. By framing reasonable technology and plenty of repeating experiment, the main contributions have been made as follows:1) The analysis of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was made on the BMI resin,QY8911- II .Curing reaction of the QY8911-II was studied by DSC. The effect of heat history on the resin was discussed and the adequate parameters for filament winding technology were determined.2) The study on preparation technology of prepreg strands was carried out. The satisfactory results were obtained by repeating debugging. And the prepreg strands that satisfying the request of the technology were made. These settled the foundation for the study on M46J/QY8911-II filament winding composites.3) Some NOL roles were made by filament winding and preparation of M46J/QY8911-II. And the capability analysis on them was experimented and studied.
