复合材料损伤的光修复技术研究

【摘要】 复合材料已广泛应用于航空、航天飞行器、汽车、建筑桥梁、化工容器等众多领域中。但由于在制造和使用过程中不可避免的产生损伤,如不及时对受损复合材料构件进行快速修复,损伤将扩大,继续使用将对飞行器产生不利影响。因此,对飞行器复合材料构件的外场快速修复已成为热点研究项目。本文首次提出用光固化修复技术,快速有效地修复受损复合材料构件。文中用国产飞行器上常用复合材料制作试件,利用近代光测技术,对光修复技术与光波长的关系、光修复复合材料后对其机械性能的影响进行了系统的实验研究,给出了相应的实验结果,并从理论上作了分析。结果表明:实验结果与理论分析相一致。本文提出的光修复技术是智能结构自修复的基础研究,与传统修复方法相比具有设备简单、修复速度快、效果好等特点。具有重要的实用价值和经济效益。

【Abstract】 Composite material has been widely used in the fields of aeronautics astronautics , automobile, bridges ,structures, chemical engineering ,etc. As in the course of application, composite material is liable to be damaged. If the damaged composite cannot be renovated in time, the damaged will be extended and give an unfavorable effect on the aircraft. The author gives a new method which uses light-wave to renovate it. In this paper, the common composite material for aircraft is used as the sample. The author studies the influences of the repaired composite to the mechanical properties by using optic measurement technology, and gives out the test results and theory’s analyses .It is easy to see that the results of the examinations are consistent with theory analyses. This paper reports that the light solidification renovation technology is the fundamental research of smart structure’s self-renovation. Compared with traditional methods, the new method is more simple, productive and convenient. It has practical value and important economic effect.
