【副题名】京津塘高速公路实证分析

【摘要】 公路项目社会经济效益及影响后评价，是在公路项目建成通车并经过一段时间运营后，针对项目对其影响区域的宏观经济发展、社会进步等方面的影响和作用进行系统的分析总结和全面科学的评价。 本文紧密结合京津塘高速公路项目及其影响区域的具体特点，运用区域交通经济学理论和系统分析方法，通过对比分析项目兴建前5年和建成后5年(以及更长时间)，对京津塘高速公路项目的社会经济效益及其影响进行了定量与定性相结合的分析和评价。在介绍了研究背景及意义之后，探讨了高速公路项目社会经济效益及影响评价的理论与方法及其运用(模型及方法研究见附录)，以此为基础具体分析了京津塘高速公路的社会经济效益，然后对该项目对沿线地区社会经济发展及影响进行了综合评价，综合评价结果是该项目的建设效果整体上属于优级水平(其隶属度为0.82)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The post-evaluation of the social economical benefit and influence for highway projects is a systematic and comprehensive evaluation made after the completion and a period of operation of the project, focusing on its influence upon the macroeconomic development and social advancement within its influential zone.The thesis, in accordance with the concrete characteristics of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu(BTT) Expressway project and its influential zone, using the theory and systematic analytic approach of regional transportation economics, makes a quantitative and qualitative evaluation for the project through a contrasting analysis of the influential zone 5 years before and 5 or more years after the construction of the project. After introducing the research background, it presents the theoretical approach and its practice of the post-evaluation of the social economical benefit and influence for highway projects, based on which it does a post-evaluation for the BTT Expressway project. The comprehensive conclusion is that the project is "Excellent" with a subordination degree of 0.82.更多还原
