【摘要】 ERP(企业资源计划)是应用于生产、销售、采购与库存控制方面的一种先进的管理思想和管理方法，实施ERP能为企业带来显著的经济效益。 本文以ERP理论为指导，提出了企业实施MIS(管理信息系统)的总体框架，它包括生产、销售、采购、库存等子系统，同时论述了库存管理是企业实施MIS的关键环节之一，是企业实现对物流进行管理的基础，在此基础上，向生产计划、采购计划、销售等模块扩展，使企业最终实现ERP。 根据四川电气设备成套厂MIS系统(简称CDCT-MIS)的具体需求，设计了系统的总体方案，在分析企业物料流程的基础上，研究开发了CDCT库存管理系统及与其它子系统的集成方案。该系统一方面用于处理企业物料的出入库及与库存业务相关的采购、生产、销售等的执行状况的跟踪查询；另一方面由于它具有与采购、生产、销售等系统及质量检验等功能模块良好的集成关系，因此可以帮助企业实现对物流的管理。论文对系统的安全性进行了详细的讨论，除了操作系统和数据库系统自身的安全性外，采用变位密码和DES算法相结合的一种新的混合加密算法对用户密码和权限代号进行加密，用数据备份、日志管理及相应的错误处理对系统数据进行保护，从而进一步加强了系统的安全性。此外，系统软件的开发采用先进的三层客户／服务器结构，程序界面采用新的不同与传统的MDI及SDI的IWI窗体界面，这种界面具有操作方便，占用系统资源少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a kind of advanced management thinking and management method applied to the control of production, sell, purchase and inventory. Implementing ERP can bring remarkably economic benefit for enterprise.By the guidance of ERP theory, the dissertation brings forward whole structure of implementing MIS (Management Information System), which includes some subsystems such as production. sell, purchase, inventory etc.. The dissertation discusses that inventory management is one of the key links in the implement of MIS and the base of implement of material stream management in enterprise at the same time. By expanding inventory management system in production plan, purchase plan and sell function module etc., enterprise can finally realize ERP.According to material requirement of Sichuan Electric Set Equipment Plant (for short CDCT), the dissertation has contrived the whole scheme of system, and expatiated how we developed CDCT inventory management system, and presented the integration scheme of inventor management system with other sub-systems. based on analysis of enterprise material stream. For one thing, the system mainly deals with process of the in and out inventory of enterprise material and the trackingquery of performing status of purchase, production, sell etc.. For another thing. due to the good integral relations with sub-systems of purchase, production, sell etc. and function modules of quality inspection etc., the system can help enterprise manage supply chain and material stream more efficiently. The dissertation discusses the system security in detail, besides the security of operation system and database system, the system uses a kind of new mixed encryption arithmetic that unite transposition cipher and DES arithmetic to encrypt the user code and the purview symbols. And it also uses data backup, logs management and errors disposal to protect the system data, so the system has a better security. Furthermore, the development of system adopts advanced three-tier Client/Server Structure, and the interface of programming uses new windows interface of IWI that differs with traditional windows interface of MDI and SDI, which can be conveniently operated and occupy less system resource.更多还原
