人迎寸口脉动相关性及其临床意义的研究

【摘要】 目的 初步探索研究人迎寸口脉法的针灸临床应用意义方法 借助经颅多普勒超声血流检测仪（简称TCD）观察①随机选择的62例正常人不同季节的人迎脉与寸口脉搏动情况及其相关性②随机选取的62例正常人与62例高血压病患者之间的脉动差异③Ⅱ期高血压病患者60例（分为三组）据人迎寸口脉法实施不同治疗前后人迎寸口脉动差异的变化及其与疗效的关系 治疗Ⅰ组（20例） 治疗Ⅲ组（20例）：通过比较人迎脉与寸口脉的搏动大小情况以实施不同的针刺补泻手法 治疗Ⅱ组（20例）：无论人迎脉与寸口脉的搏动大小情况如何，针刺均以平补平泻结果①正常人人迎脉与寸口脉脉动无明显差异（P＞0.05）。正常人冬季寸口脉动稍大于人迎脉动，夏季人迎脉动稍大于寸口脉动，但均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。②高血压病患者人迎脉与寸口脉之间的脉动差异明显大于正常人，差别有显著性意义（P＜0.01）。③三组Ⅱ期高血压病患者针刺治疗前后人迎寸口之间的脉动差异有显著性差别（P＜0.01），三组之间疗效也有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。人迎寸口之间脉动差异的大小变化与疗效密切相关。结论 人迎寸口脉法在针灸临床上可以用来诊察经脉病与未病，判断其病位与病性，指导临床辨证与针刺补泻手法的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose Preliminary research and study on the clinical and applied significance of Renying unkou pulse diagnostic method. Method Use the Transcranium Doppler Ultrasound Blood Flow Meter (abbreviation is TCD) to observe: The beating of Renying pulse and Cunkou pulse and their interrelationship of 62 cases of healthy people in different seasons who were selected randomly. ㏕he difference between the beating of Renying and Cunkou pulse of 62 cases of healthy people and 62 cases of hypertention patients who were selected randomly. The changement of the difference between Renying pulse and Cunkou pulse and its relationship with therapeutic effect of 60 typefl hypertention patients (being divided into three groups) before and after different reinforcing and reducing method under the guidance of Renying-Cunkou pulse diagnostic method. Treating group I (20 cases): differenciate Yin, Yang, difficiency,excessiveness according to Renying unkou pulse diagnosic method, use acupuncture method to reinforce differency and reduce excessiveness. Treating group II (20 cases) use even acupuncture method regardless of differency and excessiveness Treating grouplll(20 cases) differenciate Yin, Yang, difficency, excessiveness according to Renying unkou pulse diagnostic method, use acupuncture method to reinforce excessiveness and reduce difficency. Result IDThere is no significant difference between Renying pulse and Cunkou pulse in the healthy people (P>0. 05). Cunkou pulse of healthy people in winter is a little bit bigger than Renying pulse and in summer Renying pulse is a little bit bigger than Cunkou pulse . But for the healthy people there is no significant difference between Renying pulse and Cunkou pulse in winter and in summer. ㏕he difference between Renying pulse and Cunkou pulse of hypertention patients is significantly bigger than healthy people(P<0. 01) The difference between Renying pulse and Cunkou pulse is significantly different in three groups of typell hypertention patients before and after the acupuncture treatment (P<0. 01). The therapeutic results of three groups are also significantly different(P<0.01). The changement of the difference between Renying pulse and cunkou pulse is closely related with therapeutic effect. Conclusion In clinical acupuncture practice, Renying unkou pulse diagnostic method can be used in clinical acupuncture treatment to diagnose the disease of the channel and decide the character of the disease, guide the clinical differenciat ion and the application of reinforcing and reducing acupuncture method.更多还原
