【摘要】 从世界范围来看，加强电网连接，实行跨区域的电力市场是电力工业发展的必然趋势。从我国电力工业发展的历史过程、现实状况及未来趋向看，遵循这一客观发展规律，迎合电力工业市场化改制的要求，当务之急是建立起有利于跨区交易的互供电价形成机制和有益于区域内电力市场正常进行的交易机制。 对上述两个方面的问题，本文系统地加以了阐述。对互供电价，给出了理论和模型，并对华中与华北联网中的交易电价进行了实证分析与计算；对区域交易机制，提出了解决问题的基本原则，更多还原

【Abstract】 ABSTRACTLooking around the world, strengthening power network connection and practising electric power market in a large area are the trend of electric power industiy development. Following such trend and looking from the history~. present statement and future tendency of our country’s power industry, the urgent work must to be done is building the mechanism of network tariff benefiting for the cross-area power exchange and establishing the exchanging system in order to make the electric power market on the good rails.The paper expounds the problems above.
