整颗粒银催化剂评价系统计算机控制系统

【摘要】 微型评价中整颗粒催化剂评价在国内尚属空白,开发新型的10-50ml整颗粒银催化剂微型评价系统有很大的发展前途。本课题主要是关于该系统的基于计算机集散控制系统的自动控制。 本文第一部分,首先对DCS进行了简要介绍,集散控制系统能够适应工业生产过程的各种需要,提高生产自动化水平和管理水平。根据整颗粒银催化剂评价系统的具体情况,对该系统的三个被控物理量-流量、压力、温度提出了相应的控制策略。针对该系统的比率-流量控制系统,提出了一种基于常规PID控制的大滞后补偿控制算法,使之在提高控制精度的同时,又在集散控制系统中易于实现。该算法不依赖于被控对象的精确数学模型,在提高系统控制精度的情况下,克服了大滞后时间对控制系统稳定性的影响,解决了一般控制算法需要较精确数学模型和不易稳定的困难。 本文的第二个部分,主要是控制系统控制策略的具体实现,即控制系统应用软件的设计与实现,内容包括计算机集散控制系统上位机和下位机软件的开发。下位机有连续控制图(CCC)组态设计和逻辑梯形图(RLL)编程-流量控制组态、压力控制组态、温度控制组态,PWM脉冲波调制组态等。上位机组态为系统监控画面组态,包括用户流程图设计、历史数据库组态、实时数据显示组态、报警监控组态、报表打印组态等。
【Abstract】 Up to now, there is complete blank in the field of evaluation of full grain catalyzer in minitype evaluation in China. Inventing new-style minitype evaluation system of ten to fifty milliliter full grain catalyze has great promise. The dissertation is mainly description about automatic control in the basis of DCS in this system.In the first part of the paper, the brief introduction of DCS is given. DCS system is able to adapt many kinds of need in the industry production process and improve the level of manufacture automation and management. According to the real condition of the evaluation system of full grain silver catalyze, author bring out the corresponding control strategy to the three under-controlled physics object such as flow, pressure, temperature. Aiming at the rate-flow control system in this system, this paper gives a time-delay compensation control algorithm based on normal PID control. Then the control precision can be improved and it is easy to realize in DCS system. This algorithm does not depend on the precise math model of undercontrolled object. It not only improves the control precision of system but also overcomes the effect to the stability of control system brought by time-delay. Then this algorithm solves the difficult in the normal control algorithm such as the need of precise math model, difficulty to stable.The second part of the paper brings out the realization of control systemts control strategy, namely: the design and realization of application software of control system. Its content comprises the tap of the upper and under computer software of DCS. The software of under computer has several parts such as the design of CCC chart configuration, ladder logic chart (RLL) programming-flow control configuration, pressure control configuration, temperature control configuration and PWM pulse modulation configuration and etc. The software of upper-computer is the configuration of system monitor chart. It comprises the design of user flow chart, the configuration of history database, real-time data display and alarm monitor.
