一种Windows环境下数控插补装置的研制

【摘要】 数控插补装置是现代数控加工系统的主要组成部分。本文利用二次插补法,在Windows 98操作环境下,建立一个软件完成粗插补,硬件完成精插补的工作平台。此工作平台目前能够实现两轴联动控制,可适用于对数控机床、刻字机、绣花机、机械手等装置的伺服机构的控制。其中,软件开发平台为VC++6.0,与硬件通讯的模式采用VC++调用汇编语言的形式。硬件由采用ISA总线标准研制的接口板及可实现五轴数控的精插补控制电路组成,软件粗插补部分采用时间分割法,精插补采用DDA插补。在数控装置的速度控制算法中采用了前加减速控制。针对保护方式下的Windows编程模式,研究并实现了一种虚实地址转化的方法。

【Abstract】 Numerical interpolation control equipment is one of the most important part in the development of modem numerical control. In this paper, utilizing the method of twice interpolation, a working platform under the environment of Windows 98 has been established. The job of wide interpolation and exact interpolation is done respectively by software and hardware. This platform is suitable to the controlling of service equipment, such as machine tool, manipulator etc .The software platform is built in VC++ 6.0, and the hardware platform is made with ISA general rules and exact interpolation electrocircuit. In the process of design, a mathematical model has been established and the dynamic processes about the equipment was analyzed in detail. With protected Windows model, a special way has been studied and tested for converting the virtual address to the real address.
