黄白液治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床及实验研究

【摘要】 黄白液系导师长期临床运用治疗、预防生殖器疱疹（GH）复发的经验方，具有益气养阴，清热利湿解毒之功效。为了探讨黄白液治疗预防复发性GH的疗效与作用机理，我们将62例受观察病人随机分为治疗组与对照组进行了近期临床疗效观察与比较，对其中57例（治疗组30例，对照组27例）进行了抗复发临床疗效观察与比较，并进行了黄白液对HSV-Ⅱ复制的抑制作用的实验研究，结果表明黄白液近期疗效与泛昔洛韦相当（P＞0.05）；远期疗效，黄白液优于泛昔洛韦（P＜0.05），黄白液对HSV-Ⅱ的复制有明显抑制作用，提示黄白液不失为治疗预防复发性GH的一种较好的中药复方。其作用机理可能是通过直接杀灭病毒、抑制病毒在细胞内复制，或诱生机体产生干扰素而起抗病毒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of treatment of Huang BaiYe (HBY) on recurrent genital herpes(GH) and probe into its mechanism. Methods: The study is divided into two parts. in the first part, to evaluate the clinical effect of HBY. the 62 patients were divided randomly into therapy group and control group for the observation and comparison of lately clinical therapy, 57 case of patients (30 case in therapy group and 27 case in control group) for the observation and comparison of antirecurrent clinical therapy. In the second part, the experiment to investigate the inhibitory activity of HBY on herpes virus II (HSV- II) I-ISV-IL in vitro. Result: HBY and oral famciclovir have same prophylactic effects (P>0.05 ) for the lately clinical therapy. but the curative effect of HBY on the treatment of recurrent genital herpes seems much better than that of famciclovir (P<O.05 ). The l-IBY has a notable direct inhibitory effect on HSV-II in vitro and has good therapeutic effect, it might be widely used in clinic. Conclusion: The mechanism of HBY in treating recurrent genital herpes may be the resistance of the virus by direct inhibiting~. killing virus or eliciting generation of interferon.更多还原
