小型家装企业管理模式的研究

【摘要】 当今，小型企业的组织结构，在目前高度发达的西方国家，已经成为一种积极倡导的企业模式，在我国也日趋突出。另外，随着人民物质生活的提高，家庭装饰同百姓生活消费的关系，变得越来越重要，因此，研究小型化家装企业的发展模式，对当前大连地区家装市场发展的意义也变得十分重大。本文力图通过对家缘装饰公司——一个小型家装企业管理模式的描述，通过对目前本地区其它家装企业管理模式的分析比较，总结出小型化家装企业更适应本地区家装市场发展的原因，以及探讨小型化家装公司未来所应采取的管理模式。 本文主要由四部分构成：一、目前本地区家装公司以及家缘公司发展状况和管理模式的介绍；二、通过对家装这种特殊产品的分析，确定家装行业的产业特征；三、小型化家装企业更适应本地家装市场的理论基础；四、小型家装企业及家缘公司未来发展模式的构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, small company structure is popular and become a kind of enterprise mode which be sparkpluged in western developed country. Moreover, family decorating became more important along with the improvement of people life level. So small-model family decorating company development model is need to be researched. This article try hard to analyse jiayuan decorating company a small decorating company and compare it to other decorating company in management model,so find the reason of which small-model decorating company is more adapt to this region and small-model decorating company future development model.The article is structured in four parts:firstly,family decorating company development and management model,secondly explain the character of family decorating industry,thirdly,theoiy fundamental of which small-model family decorating company need to adapt this regionFinally,the sketch of small-model family decorating company and Jiayuan company future development model.更多还原
