施工项目进度控制及应用

【摘要】 如何进行施工项目的进度控制是本篇论文的核心内容，本篇论文研究的目的就是要寻求最优的控制方式，达到最佳的施工项目经营效益，施工项目进度控制应服从施工项目经营宗旨。我们知道每项施工项目都会本着以最低的成本，最快的进度，最优的质量的宗旨进行经营管理。但实际上，成本、进度、质量控制三者之间是对立统一的。成本和质量，提高质量，会增加预防成本；若质量提高，损失成本相应就会减少；成本和进度，加快进度，会提高成本；放慢进度，又会降低成本；进度和质量，加快进度会影响质量；质量好又会使进度得到提高。所以本篇论文就是把施工项目进度控制作为研究课题，运用网络计划技术有机进行进度控制，调整工期。在合理的工期内，保证成本和质量达到施工项目经营管理的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focus on how to control the rate of progress of a construction project for the purpose of seeking the best way to control the project and achieving the highest efficiency in management and the greatest benefit in deals. The project control may change subject to different aims. It?s well known that every project should be managed and dealt with at the lowest cost, the highest rate and the best quality, which is the common aim. However, in fact, cost, rate and quality are the unity of opposites. As for cost and quality, improving quality will increase the precautionary cost and reduce the lost cost at the same time. As for cost and rate, the faster the slower higher rate will have an effect on the quality, meanwhile the improved quality will speed up the rate. Thus, with rate control as its subject, the paper demonstrates how to control the rate of progress and adjust timelimit for a project with network technology. With in the limite the cost and cuality will surely fit with the opration and amatement of this project.更多还原
