气瓶水压试验测控系统的研制与开发

【摘要】 气瓶水压试验是检验气瓶性能最直接和最有效的手段之一。本文综合比较了测定气瓶容积残余变形率的内测法和外测法的优缺点,得出外测法试验方法优于内测法试验方法的结论。同时引入了微机信号检测和过程控制的概念,对目前国内水压试验装置进行改进。论文主要内容为: 1设计了以微机信号检测为核心和控制为辅的外测法气瓶水压试验装置,完成了密封性能可靠,操作简便的水套盖结构的设计,完成有关元器件的选型、采购、安装工作。 2本文利用了VC++6.0在Win32平台上设计并开发了一套面向对象的可视化的数据采集软件,实现了对压力信号,容积变形量的采集、显示、和处理,以及对温度实时检测。 该装置具有如下功能: (1)比国内同类装置具有更高的精度,实时性好。本装置不仅可以实时显示试验过程中压力,容积变形量曲线,而且可以把整个过程曲线以文件的形式保存。 (2)实现加压泵的自动控制,各个阀的操作状态有相应的信号灯指示。 (3)实现了系统状态的实时监视:提供泄漏,超温异常报警。 (4)提供操作现场与控制室的通讯联络。 (5)试验结果自动处理,生成图文并茂的试验结果报告表,实现了所见即所得的打印效果。 (6)经过实际的考核,证明该测试装置运行可靠,效率高,操作简便,测量精度满足国标GB/T9251-1997规定的要求。
【Abstract】 Hydrostatic test is one of the most direct and effective methods and means to check the gas cylinders. In this paper, Water jacket method and direct expansion method those are used to derermine volume permanent deformation rate of gas cylinders are compared synthetically. From the comparison, the conclusion is drawn that water jacket method is better than direct expansion method. Meanwhile, the paper makes great improvements on the current national hydrostatic tester with the concept of the signal measure and process control with computer. The main contents of this paper are as follows: I .A hydrostatic tester which is centered on signal measure and process control with computer is designed, A head which has reliable airproof capability and is easy to operate is designed. The type selecting, purchasing and installing of parts of the apparatus are fulfilled. 2.A set of Object Orient visible data collection software for Windows98 is designed with the VC+?.O, It can accomplish the pressure and volume deformation signal acquisition, display and disposal as well as temperature signal real time inspect and measure. The tester can carry out the following functions: (I) Having higher precision than the kind of it; Not only can it display the real-time pressure and volume deformation curves, but also store the curves in data document. (2) Fulfilling the autocontrol of pump; The valves have corresponding indicator lights to indicate their status. (3) Supervising the system’s working status incessantly: It can give an alarm when the temperature supervised is beyond the allowed or when any leakage occurs. (4) Providing the communication and connection between the locale and controlling room. (5) Dealing with the result of test automatically. It can provide testimonial with both the graphs and the words as well as the WYSIWYG print effect. After this hydrostatic tester has been accessed by test, following conclusionis draw: lt has high reliability and efficiency and is easy to operate, Its precision issatisfied with the accuracy which is stipulated by national standard.
