五万吨级大舱口多用途货船船型和型线设计研究

【摘要】 五万吨级大舱口多用途货船船型和型线设计研究,是直接依托于所开发的第五代大舱口多用途货船展开设计研究工作。 在设计研究工作中,以在建的5.2吨大舱口多用途货船为依托,广泛收集整理分析国内外同类型船舶资料,借鉴国内外船型论证及优化设计的科研成果,结合航运界对该类船舶的主要技术要求及世界港口航道、货源等对该类船舶的适应性,对该船的主要尺度及船型参数进行优化设计研究。 在研究过程中首先对多用途货船第三代和第四代产品的有关特性进行了分析,提出了第五代产品的主尺度设想,并进行了方案的技术设计。在技术设计研究中对所确定的第五代产品主要尺度进行了详细论证,详细分析研究了船长、型深、吃水、方形系数变化对该船载重量、载货量、有效载货容积的影响。研究了舱口宽度和船宽、货舱长度和舱长的相互关系。研究了总布置与船舶尺度间的相互关系,以及船舶尺度对船舶主要性能,如快速性、耐波性和操纵性的影响。 由于该船为多用途货船,要尽可能多的箱型货舱,因此在论证船型设计符合箱型货舱要求的基础上,确定船型主尺度参数,完成技术设计方案,然后又委托瑞典国家水池(SSPA)进行阻力、自航、流线、流场测定以及耐波性等试验对船型进行优化比较分析。比较不同线型船模以及不同的节能装置的试验结果,获得合适的优秀线型。 总之论文中对国际先进的第五代大舱口多用途货船主尺度进行针对性研究,其中对船长、船宽、型深等的选择都得出了较佳值,该船的船型主尺度参数选择和型线设计,经过模型试验优化论证,与其它同类型船舶比较,具有优良的船舶性能,极度大的提高了该船的经济性能。

【Abstract】 Hull principal dimension and lines design and research to 50,000dwt open Hatch Multi-Purpose Cargo Ship, depending on the design and development of the fifth generation big hatch multi-purpose cargo ship, has widely collected and analyzed the information which referred to the results of hull lines proof and optimization from other same kind ships of home and abroad, followed and understood the technique requirements and adaptability from world shipping, ports, waterway and cargo, optimized the principal dimensions and hull lines.To start with, the characteristics of the third and fourth generation ships were analysed. And the thought of principal dimensions and its design procedure of the fifth were given. Principal dimensions were demonstrated, the effects to deadweight, cargo deadweight and valid cargo deadweight cubic capacity from their length, depth, waterdraft and block coefficient were analysed. The relationship between hatch width and ship broads, length of cargo tanks, length of tanks, the relationship between general plan and ship dimensions, the relationship between dimensions and main properties like speediness, seakeeping, resistance and manipulation were studied.As a multi-purpose cargo ship, cubic cargo tanks are required as many as possible. So to define principal dimensions data and accomplish technique design procedure on the basis of the satisfactory that hull form should meet the above requirement, the test and measurement of resistance, self propulsion, flow line, flow field and seakeeping were carried out in Statens Skeppsprovningsanstalt, Goteborg Towing Tank(SSPA) in order to get the best hull form lines by comparative and optimistic analysis to the results of the above tests and measurements.In summary, this article expounds the dimensions study oriented to the fifth generation open hatch multi-purpose cargo ship and the achievement of a good selection to the length, broads and depth., such selection and hull line design, by optimization proof and comparing to other some kind ships, has been demonstrated to have excellent ship property and economy property.
