GIS在高速公路管理系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 地理信息系统是处理地理数据的输入、输出、查询、分析和辅助决策的计算机系统，它在近三十年的时间内取得了惊人的发展，并广泛应用于资源调查、环境评估、交通安全、公共设施管理等领域。 高速公路是社会经济发展的必然产物，它是伴随着汽车工业发展和整个社会的政治、经济的发展而发展的。我国高速公路的迅猛发展，使得高速公路管理水平日渐不足，已远远不能适应高速公路发展的需要，高速公路的现代化管理提上日程。 本文系统介绍了地理信息系统理论的基础知识，从数据结构、数据采集、数据分析和数据输出等方面做了深入的分析，并详细探讨了地理信息系统的应用领域和模式，介绍了地理信息系统的产品化。在对地理信息系统的应用和高速公路管理需求的研究的基础上，结合对高速公路管理信息系统的研究，提出了一种地理信息系统在高速公路管理信息系统中的应用模式。从高速公路管理的需求出发，以地理信息系统为基础，解决基于地理规则的管理，以办公自动化系统为手段，解决基于业务和行政的管理，并充分发挥计算机网络技术的优势，实现高速公路管理的现代化。在高速公路管理信息系统的设计中，运用面向对象的管理、工作流、数据融合等思想，进一步深化管理的概念，并从系统集成的角度进行地理信息与办公自动化的融合。最后，文章通过惠河高速公路管理信息系统的设计和开发，分析并证明了该模式的可行性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Geographic Information System is a computer system for capturing, displaying,querying, analyzing and assistant decision-making on geographical data. It has madesurprising development in the latest 30 years. GIS has been widely used in areas such asresource probe, environment evaluation, traffic safety, public facility management, etc.Freeway is the necessary result of the development of social economy, and develops withthe development of automobile industry and the whole society’s politics and economy. Withthe rapid development of freeway, the management of freeway can’t content the requirementof its development. The modernization of freeway’s management is imperative under thesituationIn this thesis, the basic theory of GIS is generally introduced from aspects such as datastructure, data capturing, data analyzing and data displaying. Also, the application fields andapplication models of 015 are discussed So is the productionization of GIS technology. Onthe basis of research of the application of GIS and the requirement of freeway management,an application scheme of 015 in Freeway Management Information System is proposed. Ituses GIS to fulfill the geographic rules management, uses OA (Office Automation) to fulfillthe business and administrative rules management. This application scheme fully utilizes theadvantage of computer network technology to modernize the management of freeway. In thedesign of Freeway Management Information System, the management-oriented, workflowand data syncretism are used to deepen the concept of management, the GIS and OA areintegrated to fulfill the requirement of the system. In the last part of this thesis, thefeasibility and practicability of this application scheme are proved through the design anddevelopment of HuiHe Freeway Management Information System.更多还原
