基于SPA的Rough集——一种数据挖掘的新方法

【摘要】 本文的工作是将粗集理论和集对分析结合,提出一种基于联系度的粗集模型。 首先对散见于文献中的集对分析内容作了归纳和总结,并补充和完善了部分概念:包括严格区分了联系数和联系度的概念,并给定条件;规范了两种联系度的运算;强调了集对分析的同异反推理模型。然后用联系度描述粗集,建立了关于粗集的两种联系度:粗集集合联系度和粗集数值联系度,使用这两种联系度,表达粗集的基本图像,分析基本粗集的拓扑特征,描述了粗集的粗等价性,给出了等价关系之间的相对粗集及其拓扑关系。最后,提出了基于联系度粗集模型的决策表相容性判断方法,提出基于联系度粗集模型的条件属性简化方法和基于联系度粗集模型的属性冗余值简化方法,并将上述方法应用于“水泥窑生产决策表”的简化,并给出了最小决策结果。
【Abstract】 This paper puts forward a Connection Degree-Rough Set Model by combining Set Pair Analysis (SPA) with Rough Set theory. At first, content of SPA in Literature are arranged, and some conception of SPA are complemented: distinguishing the connection number from the connection degree and presenting their limited condition, normalizing the computation method of connection degree, emphasizing the SPA reasoning method. Secondly, the paper sets up two kinds of connection degree about Rough Set: Sets type Rough Set connection degree and number type Rough Set connection degree, and then the Rough Set can be described by the two Rough Set connection degree, including Topology construct of Rough Set, equivalence of two sets, and relative rough set between two indiscemibility relation and its Topology construct. At last, based on Rough Set connection degree, the paper sets up the judgement method of paradoxical decision table, reducing scheme of the conditional attribution and the attributive value. And then the methods are applied to reduce decision table for implementing rule-based control of industrial processes.
