长江三峡五级船闸运行控制系统评估与仿真

【摘要】 本论文所研究的课题是受长江三峡水利工程建设委员会横向课题的委托。为了保证五级船闸系统在建成后能安全稳定地运行,需要对一些关键技术进行预先研究,诸如:控制系统设计方案的可靠性问题、运行控制过程的仿真以及图像显示技术。为此进行了以下的工作: 1.首次提出了应用故障树分析法(FTA)对五级船闸控制系统设计方案进行可靠性分析和评估,得到故障树分析图。以此图为基础,计算出了系统在不同控制方案时的平均无故障时间(MTBF),并对主要元器件进行重要度计算,比较出它们对系统故障的影响程度。由此得出了提高系统可靠性的几个主要结论。 2.提出了采用演绎法分别建立三峡五级船闸控制系统的连续模型和离散模型,并进行仿真研究,得到每个闸室的水位变化图、船只的行程图以及船闸的利用率等指标。 3.在以上连续模型与离散模型的基础上,采用Visual Basic 6.0开发出三峡五级船闸运行控制系统的仿真演示系统,能逼真地演示出船只在正常或故障时的过闸情况。 本项研究成果己通过了长江三峡委员会的评审,为三峡五级船闸的后期建设提供了依据。

【Abstract】 On this paper, for assuring ship-gate system running safely in the future, some key technologies must be studied in advance, such as, reliability on control system scheme~. simulation and showing image of running system, so the following work must be researched:1.Firstly reliability of five-step ship gate control system scheme is Analyzed Applying Fault Tree Analysis(FTA), obtaining fault trees , and on the base of the trees, Mean Time Between Fault(MTBF) of different control schemes is calculated, at last several important points helping to reliability of system are obtained.2.Based on continuous model and discrete model of control system, simulation technology is studied, finally curves about water level and journey of ship are drawn and probability of using is calculated.3.Based on continuous model and discrete model of control system, demo system of five-step ship gate control system is developed by means of Visual Basic6.0,which can show ship gate running to the life in the course of nature and at the time of fault.
