【摘要】 城市内部空间结构和城市职能的矛盾运动，自城市产生之时起，就没有停止过，双方之间遵循着“不协调—协调—不协调”的循环规律。城市问题的产生、发展、恶化以及其解决思路的提出、实施、检验都与这对矛盾体切密相关，人类为了更方便的生产，更舒适的生活，不断地对这一对立统一体的主要方面——城市内部空间结构合理化模式进行探索。 总体上讲，生产力和生产关系是城市内部空间结构的决定因素；具体而言，城市内部空间结构在城市集聚力与扩散力、结节性与均质性的机制作用下，受自然因素、社会文化因素、政策与规划控制因素、土地市场机制、技术与交通因素及经济职能因素等方面的影响而成。城市内部空间结构经历了由简单到复杂、由封闭到开放、由单一中心向多中心转化的过程，以适应城市的多种职能要求和实现城市职能的优化。二十世纪末，随着现代信息技术的发展，城市内部空间结构受到了与以往任何时代都不相同的冲击，许多全新的观念进入城市系统，城市通过集中与分散、网络化与扁平化、空间结构整合、虚拟空间、智能化等对城市内部空间结构进行改变。 城市职能和性质与城市内部空间结构是一对不停地相互调整、运动的矛盾对立体。武汉市作为华中地区的特大城市，从诞生到现在已有3500多年的历史，受经济、政治、历史、科技和地理位置的影响，城市职能为信息中心、科技中心、商贸金融中心、立体交通中心及工业中心的综合性城市。通过综合分析、动态分析，武汉市城市性质为工业、商贸、交通和科技为主的山水园林型国际区域性现代化大都市，这一点是武汉市城市内部空间结构合理化的前提、基础。 现代城市内部空间结构主要表现为密度和布局两大方面，而城市内部空间结构的问题也主要体现在这两个方面。武汉市城市内部空间结构存在的问题主要有四个方面：第一是建成区用地结构不合理；第二是各功能区布局混杂；第三是交通道路系统不完善；第四是城市内部地区的中间市区出现退化现象。因此，根据武汉市城市内部空间结构的特点、问题症结及城市所处阶段，按照区域性原则、景观生态原则、科学性原则及可持续发展原则，武汉市城市内部空间结构的合理化模式为“点—轴—圈”模式。 城市内部空间结构合理化是一个系统、长期的工程，它既需要科学城市理论的指导和先进技术的支持，又需要政府、市场、公众的参与和配合。只有多方面不遗余力地支持、努力，才有可能逐步达到城市内部空间结构与城市功能的协调、平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the first city existed in the world, the motion of contradiction from unbalanced state to bacanced state then harmoniousness in urban inner spacial structure and urban functions has never stopped. The emergence~. development and deterioration of urban problems and the advancement~ implementation and inspection for solving the problems all have a bearing on the contradiction. The human people persist in studying on the main aspect of the unity of opposites- urban inner spacial structure and its retionalizing pattern. Generally speaking, production realtions and productwe forces are the decisive factors for urban inner spacial structure; particularly speaking, urban inner spacial structure forms under the influence of natural factors, social-cultural factors policy planning control land market science and technology traffie and economie function and so on. It抯 also effected by the mechanisms of gathering forces and diffusion forces nodus and homogeneity. For conforming to the requirement of urban functions and optimizing urban functions, urban inner spacial structure has developed from simplicity to complexity, from closed city to open city, from unitary core city to multi-core city. In the last few years of zoth century, the development of modern information technology is seriously pounding at urban inner spacial structure, which is differeat from any other lash in any other century. Many new ideas come into city system. Such as concentrate and dispersion and fietitious space and intellectualization, which effects and reforms urban inner spacial structure. Urban functions characters and urban inner spacial structure closely intergrate and readjust mutually. And they are contradictory and unitary. Wuhan is a especially big city in central China, and she has existed and developed for more than 3,500 years. Under the influence of economics, politics, history, science and technology, geographical position, Wuhan has developed a ii M~STERS THESIS multiple-function city. And its functions include information centre science and technology centre commerce and finance centre stereotraffic centre and industry centre. By means of synthetical analysis and trends study, we come to the conclusion that Wuhan is an international (a regional) modem landscape metropolis, which is based on her industry commerce ~ traffic ~ science and technology. And it is the premise and base for Wuhan to rationalize its inner spacial structure. The density and distribution are the two main expression aspects of urban inner spacial structure. And many problems of urban inner spacial structure arised form them. There are four problems in urban inner spacial structure in Wuhan. First, the land-using structure in building area in not rational. Second the distribution of each functional district is in confusion. Third, the traffic system is not perfected. Forth the centre of urban inner space retrogrades.
