【摘要】 本文以宁中南地区为研究对象，综合运用区域经济学、发展经济学和现代地理学的有关理论和方法，对宁中南地区的发展战略及其对策进行了初步探索。全文共分五大部分：（1）分析欠发达地区的研究现状及其存在问题，回顾区域发展的有关理论，并总结了欠发达地区发展的空间布局、产业结构导向选择和发展阶段界定的一些基本知识。（2）从宁中南地区的地理位置、生态环境、经济发展与民族构成等方面，对其战略地位和作用，进行了较为深刻的剖析，并着重分析了区域的自然资源的数量、质量、地域组合及开发利用条件对区域发展产生的影响。（3）通过对宁中南地区的经济发展现状、社会发展、生态环境与空间结构等方面的分析，根据产业结构、空间结构、工业化和城市化水平的特点，结合区域发展阶段的有关理论和划分标准，客观合理界定宁中南地区所处的发展阶段。（4）论述宁中南地区发展的制约因素，揭示区域发展的潜力，分析其外部环境。（5）以区域发展的基本理论为指导，遵循区域发展的一般规律，考虑宁中南地区的资源条件、发展现状、制约因素、发展潜力和所处的发展阶段，提出宁中南地区结构优化为导向的总体发展战略，并提出一些对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is a tentative research of the exploiting stratagems as well as the countermeasures of the Middle South parts of Ningxia Hui Minority Autonomy, and it is based on the comprehensive utilization of concerning theories and methods of regional economics ,developing economics and modem geography. This paper consists of five parts:Part one is mainly focused on analyzing present situation and exited questions of the research of less梔eveloped region, reviewing the concerning theories of regional development ,and concluding some knowledge of space arrangement, industrial structure and the definition of developing stages of the regional development.Part two is dedicated to the analysis of the strategically position and affection of the Middle South parts of Ningxia Hui Minority Autonomy from some aspects such as its geographical position, ecological environment and economic development ,and the constitution of nationalities ,and at the same time the influence on regional development will be analyzed from the quality and quantity of natural resources of region, the making-up way of districts, and the conditions to be used to process the exploitation.Part three is emphasized on an objective definition of developing stages of that area in connection to relative theories and dividing standards of regional developing stages, which is based on an analysis of present situation of social and economical development, the ecological setting and spatial structure of that area from the industrial structure, the space structure and the levels of industrialization and urbanization.Part four is aimed to reveal the developing potentiality and the outer circumstances of that area through commenting on the factors of restricting the economic development of the region.In the final part ,the overall development strategies and the countermeasures and suggestions will be put forward that are used to rationalized the economic structure of that area, and which is guided by the fundamental theories and common principles of regional development in connection to the resources conditions ,developing situation restricting factors, developing potencies and its developing stage of that region.更多还原
