基于知识的传动方案设计支持系统研究

【摘要】 本文对抽象概念和相对抽象概念在产品设计中的作用进行了探讨,结合机械传动产品设计中的概念设计,讨论了产品设计中需求,功能,结构之间的关系,提出用户新的需求是在完成基本功能的产品基础上新的功能要求。利用现有的设计方案,通过组合功能元解能够给出满足用户需求的方案,实现产品的创新设计。利用新材料工艺可以改变功能元解的适用范围,同样可以实现创新设计。对于应用组合功能元解方法中如何匹配功能元解进行了研究,并采用多次过滤的算法避免了组合爆炸。对系统得到的多个可行解采用层次分析法和多级模糊评价法进行评价,给出最优解。系统建立过程中对设计知识库进行了有效的组织,并设计了与其他系统交换信息的接口。系统采用面向对象技术实现,保证了系统的实现,灵活性和可扩充性。用户界面简洁,友好。

【Abstract】 The paper studied the role of abstract concept and relative abstract concept in product design. Combing with concept design in mechanical transmission product design, the relations among user’s requirement, product’s function and structure were discussed. A method that user’s new requirement is based on the product which has the basic function was put forward. With the available design schemes, combining cell function answers , the answer that satisfy user’s requirement can be achieved . Making use of new material and new technology can change the scope of the cell function answer , creative design can also be achieved. Study was given on how to achieve the match of cell function answers. Multi-layer filtrate method was used to avoid combination explosion . Multi-level method and multi-level fuzzy evaluation was used to evaluate the answers and the best answer given. In the process of system’s construction , design knowledge was effectively assembled. The interface to exchange information with other system is designed. The system was constructed with object- oriented technology to guarantee the construction ,feasible and expansion. User interface is simple and friendly designed.
