电池性能快速检测系统的研究

【摘要】 如今,电池是人们不可缺少的日用消费品,由于电池自放电的缘故,经过一段时间的储存后,电池的容量总是比刚生产出的新电池容量低,所以在电池出厂前对电池的性能进行检测,确保出厂的为合格产品。目前,对于电池出厂检测指标主要是开路电压。传统的检测方法是手动人工检测,速度较慢、生产效率低,而且不具有统计分析功能,不能适用于大、中型厂家,严重制约了我国电池生产工业的发展。计算机技术的发展,给电池检测技术提供了强有力的手段。 本论文主要讨论电池性能快速检测系统的设计和实现,详尽介绍系统的结构、工作原理及性能,着重阐述了检测系统中软、硬件的设计和数据通信程序的开发。同时,讨论了系统中抗干扰措施。基于系统的通用性和灵活性,该系统可精确可靠地自动完成电池开路电压、瞬间短路电流的测试,数据传输,节约了相当的时间和人力,不仅提高了劳动生产率,而且大大地降低了工作人员的劳动强度。 实际应用证明,本检测系统具有很强的灵活性和可扩展性。
【Abstract】 Now, the battery becomes the indispensability consumable for people .For its local action, after being stored for period of time, the volume of batter will be less than that of the new one. In order to ensure the quality of product , it抯 necessary to measure the capability of battery before it leaving factory. At present, the measure target of battery is open-circuit voltage. The typical measure method is hand-measure. For this method is slowish and inefficient, at the same time, it doesn抰 have the function of statistic and analysis, so it can抰 be applied widely. The method of battery measure has restricted the development of Chinese battery industry. Development of computer technique provides forceful methods for measurement technique of battery.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of the quick measurement system of battery performance, analyses the structure, working principle and the performance of the system in particular, and discusses the design of the hardware and software and exploitation if data traffic. At the same time, it also discusses the anti-jamming measure. Based on the general and flexibility of the system, it completes the measure of open circuit voltage and short circuit automatically, and data transfer. It can save time and manpower, increases the productivity and improves the working condition.The practical application proves that the measurement system possesses strong flexibility and expandability.
