新型带锯机张紧系统的设计及锯条横向扭转振动的研究

【摘要】 木材作为一种主要的可再生资源,近年来它的经济重要性迅速地增加。为了提高木材生产率和加工精度,改善带锯机的工作性能,降低生产成本,对带锯机的振动特性进行研究是十分必要的。 本文对原杠杆压砣式张紧系统进行了改进,设计了一种新型带锯机弹性挺杆式张紧系统。并分别以杠杆压砣张紧系统和弹性挺杆式张紧系统为研究对象,进行了实验研究。通过在空载条件下的实验结果对比,表明在一定范围内带锯机弹性挺杆式张紧系统优于原杠杆压砣式张紧系统。装有弹性挺杆式张紧系统的带锯机具有较好的应用前景。 本文对带锯条横向扭转振动进行了研究,验证了带锯条横向振动方程和扭转振动方程,为进一步研究带锯机的动态特性奠定了初步的理论基础。
【Abstract】 The economic importance of wood as a major renewable resource is rapidly increasing. To improve productivity and cutting accuracy of wood and to modify characteristics of band saw, it is essential that we study vibration characteristics of band saw.This thesis designs a new band saw straining device that changes and improves the original lever-weight-tightening device. The studying object of the dissertation is the MJ3 17 model band saw machine with elastic prop model tension system, which takes the place of original lever weight model tension system. The experimental results under idling shows that the elastic prop model tension system is better than lever-weight-tightening the system. It is also proved that the elastic prop model tension of band saw machine has a good applying prospect. When free running this device decrease the vibration of blade. This paper studies transverse-torsion vibration of blade and formulates the equation of motion of band saw blades. The solution of this thesis can be the manufacture reference and the original theory base of research of tightening device dynamics analysis of band saw in the future.
