汽车机械式ABS波动效应的研究

【摘要】 汽车液压制动系统的研究是当今汽车技术研究的前沿课题,而其中关于汽车防抱制动系统(ABS)的研究占有重要地位。由于ABS、VDC和EHB等电子控制系统应用,使制动管路中产生显著的波动效应。 本项目研究采用笔者同他人共同研制的夏利TJ7100型轿车液压制动仿真系统,对制动过程中的压力瞬变规律进行了深入研究,并获取了该系统数学模型。 该仿真系统是以工业控制计算机为核心,集机械、液压、气动、真空发生系统于一体的实时数据采集控制系统,它为汽车液压制动系统的理论研究、元件开发、产品测试提供了一种全新、高效、灵活的手段。 在无ABS和有ABS的状态下,对系统进行了全面测试,并利用所获得的大量数据,辩识出了两种状态下的系统参数模型,然后通过MATLAB用仿真的方法对系统进行了波动效应的比较分析。本研究完成了弹性囊式MABS元件性能实验,以大量实测数据为基础,深入客观地探讨了该类型机械式防抱死装置对制动系统特性的影响及可预见的制动效果,为汽车液压制动系统及机械ABS的研究提供了理论和实践依据。根据阶跃及脉冲仿真结果,初步分析了MABS的工作机理。 笔者在导师指导下独立设计制造的振动泵系统能够为系统提供稳定的波动源,并为后续的实际装车试验奠定了基础。同时,该振动泵系统又为简单电控ABS的设计制造提供了依据。 汽车液压制动系统波动效应的仿真研究,对分析液压制动特性,研究其工作机理具有重要的理论意义,将为我国汽车防抱制动的推广和发展提供充分的理论与实践依据,它的研究必将对我国汽车液压制动系统设计、元件测试与汽车主动安全技术的发展起到积极的推动作用。

【Abstract】 Research on hydraulic braking system (HBS) is a leading edge of modern automobile technology. The branch, which researches on automobile anti梑rake system (ABS), is very important. Because of the application of electronic control system, such as ABS, VDC and EIIB etc, a 搘ave effect?is established in braking pipeline. The thesis is based on the hydraulic braking simulation system (HBSS) of the type ofTJ7IOO Xiali automobile which is designed by the author accompanied with others. It does a deep research on transient braking pressure. A mathematical model is also setup. The HBSS is a PC-Based real time data sampling and controlling system. which is integrated with mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and vacuum system. It offers an all-new efficient and flexible means for the theoretical investigation, element development and product testing of automobile HBSS. The author did an overall experiment under both with and without ABS conditions. Based on the great deal of test data, system reference models of the two conditions were identified. With the identified transfer function, the author analyzed the 搘ave effect?by the means of simulation. The thesis discussed the influence of RCS MABS and foreseeable braking effect based on the practical data. The accomplished of the experiment changes MABS research work from computer simulation to physical model test under multi-condition. The result are valuable for setting up of correlative regulations, automobile parts electrotype, and ordination of MABS market. The author himself designed and made the vibration pump system which could provide steady wave source. The system make the real running test possible. At the same time, it provide the condition of designing and making sample ABS controlled by electronics. The simulation of the research means not only analyzing characteristic, but also providing a important theoretical and practical basis for the construction of braking regulation. It will also impulse the development of braking system design, element test and automobile initiative safe technology.
