α—气体露点在线检测仪的研制

【摘要】 本文报导一种利用α放射性同位素法检测露点的方法。由于α粒子在水中的最大射程为40um,因此对露层具有极高的灵敏度。结合先进的无模型控制系统以及动态温度平衡扫描控制方式,控制半导体制冷温度,达到对露点动态跟踪。采用双路参比测量能够很好地克服源污染及气体温度、压力、密度等引起的误差,即克服了传感信号统计误差,又具有同位素仪表的长期稳定性及温度控制的高精度的特点,适合气体湿度的在线检测。可替代传统的气体露点检测方法,具有省时、省力、快速等优点。实验结果表明,在-40~20℃范围内,具有很好的测量精度和重复性,测量精度优于±0.5℃。

【Abstract】 The rapid measurement of the dew p oint of air has been studied and discusaed in detail in the article. High-speed measured meter of dew point has been c~signed and made according to the double a ray principle. A ray maximum range is 4Oum in the water,it is have highest sensitive.Using the controllable method is automatic controllable system and moving temperature scan method ,controlled semiconductor detector cooling temperature,follow dew puint.The method can well overcome error of polluted source and gas temperature and pressure,as well radioactive isotope meter long-term stability,as overcome statistical error,and have high accuracy of temperature controllable,suited rapid measure in a air.The result of the experiment shows that there is measurement accuracy and repeatability in the range of dew point ?O~---2OC, and the measurement accuracy is superior to 監.50C. TIE dew point analysis meter can be used to replace the old method of analysis air. It consists of the advantages of sawing time, saving effort, high speed, fredback information in time and instructing the process of production.
