【摘要】 本文运用技术经济学的原理和方法对城网改造的经济效益和社会效益问题进行了探讨。文章提出了评价城网改造经济效益和社会效益的指标体系，并对邯郸城网改造方案的经济效益和社会效益进行了分析，最后提出了对方案的评价结论和改进建议。本文对技术经济评价方法问题进行了探讨，引入模糊评价模型以解决社会效益评价中定性指标的定量化问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 By technologic and principles and methods, the thesis discussesquestions about economic and social benefits of the urban powernetwork renovation. It sets up a quotas system to evaluate economicand social benefits of urban power network renovation and analyzesthe plan of HanDan urban network renovation. At last, it draws aconclusion to the plan and gives some suggestions to improve it. Thethesis discusses questions of technoIogic and economic evaIuationmethods.
