公路建设项目征迁再安置及影响评价方法的研究

【摘要】 随着我国高等级公路建设步伐的加快，公路建设项目征迁再安置工作的重要性越来越明显。征迁再安置工作做得好，可以为工程项目创造良好的建设环境，同时也会减少或消除由项目建设引起的有关社会经济方面的负面影响。 本文对公路建设项目征迁再安置的工作进行了较为系统的阐述，包括项目征迁再安置的目标和基本原则，相关政策和补偿标准以及征迁再安置的实施。同时，对公路建设项目征迁再安置给沿线地区造成的影响进行了分析，并提出了征迁再安置影响评价指标体系和综合评价方法。此外，本文对公路建设项目再安置后评价进行了初步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of highway project construction, land requisition and immigration resettlement of highway project becomes more and more important. If it is carried out very well, the good construction environment will be formed, and the negative impact of society economy caused by it will be decreased and eliminated. This paper expounds systematically land requisition and immigration resettlement of highway project, which includes basic principles, compensating standards and methods concerned. At the same time, it analyses the impact of land requisition and immigration resettlement, also presents the indicator system and method of impact evaluation. In addition, it discusses the post-evaluation on resettlement of highway project.更多还原
