施工企业质量体系分析与管理研究

【摘要】 本文应用施工企业管理及工程项目管理理论，对施工企业质量体系作了较全面、系统的研究。在自己对施工企业质量体系的认识和理解的基础上，系统地分析了质量体系的构成和运行。针对施工企业质量体系实施的现状，论述了几个关键问题的解决办法，并根据施工企业产品特点，提出了工序质量控制程序化文件的建立步骤，且作了实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction enterprise quality system is researched overally in this paper,utilized construction enterprise management theory and project management theory. On base of putting forward myself knowing and understanding about construction enterprise quality system, relatively analyzing compose and revolve of construction enterprise quality system .Aim at the condition of quality system execution, several methods to solve the key problem in quality system execution for construction enterprise were discussed, and Putting forward method of buliding process control documents according to trait of products of construction enterprise, and analyzing living examples.更多还原
