低频矿热炉的计算机控制系统

【摘要】 低频矿热炉是铁合金冶炼的一次重要技术改进,它是用大功率低频电源代替原有的工频电源对系统供电,具有提高功率因数、增产节能、低噪音等特点,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。 模糊控制是以模糊数学为基础发展起来的一种新的控制方法。这种控制方法是一种非线性的控制方法,对那些无法取得控制模型或数学模型相当粗糙的系统可以取得较满意的控制效果,解决了一些用传统控制方法无法解决的问题。虽然模糊控制还在发展之中,它的严密的理论体系有待完善,但是模糊控制在温度控制、锅炉和蒸汽机运行控制、交通控制、化工生产过程控制、高炉冶炼过程控制以及家用电器控制等方面都取得了很好的效果。 遗传算法是一类借鉴生物界自然选择和自然遗传机制的随机化搜索算法,由美国J.Holland 教授提出,其主要特点是群体搜索策略和群体中个体之间的信息交换,搜索不依赖于梯度信息。它尤其适用于处理传统搜索方法难以解决的复杂和非线性问题,可广泛用于组合优化、机器学习、自适应控制、规划设计和人工生命等领域,是21世纪有关智能计算中的关键技术之一。遗传算法作为一种新的全局优化搜索方法,具有简单通用、鲁棒性强、适丁并行处理和应用范围广之优点。 把遗传算法应用于模糊控制系统,将有助了模糊推理规则的优化和模糊系统的参数调整。 本文以低频矿热炉作为被控对象,首先介绍了大功率低频电源的变频原理及其计算机实现,然后针对低频矿热炉的工作特性提出了模糊控制加遗传算法的控制方案,最后用计算机进行系统仿真,结果表明此控制方案具有良好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 Low-frequency Submerged Arc Furnace is an important improvement in ferroalloysmelting.It implemend the high-powered, low- frequency power source, but not thetraditional 50HZ source to supply power for the system.This brings certain advantagessuch as improving the power factor,energy saving,low noise,etc,and it has a fairly goodeffect on its industrial applications.The Fuzzy Control is a new type of control method which lies in the foundation ofFuzzy Mathmatics. It is a kind of nonlinear control method and it has achieved somesatisfied results in those systems, which can not get their mathematic model theirmathematic models are rather rough .It has solved some problems which can no besettled by that traditiona1 contro1 method. Although the Fuzzy Control is developing andits theory needs to be continually perfected,its application in temperature control, booilerand steam engine operation control, traffic chemical production control, blastfor smelting process control and appliance control,etc,has been Proved to be verywell.Geneic Algorithm is a stochastic search algorithm that uses the natural selection andnatural genetic mechanisms,and it was put forward by American Prof.J.Holland.Its maincharacteristic is its colony searching tactics and its exchange of information betweenindividuals in colony, its searching process does not rely on the gradientinformation .Especially this algorithm is an efficient approach to deel with complicatedand nonlinear problems that are difficult to solve using traditional searching methods. Ithas wide application in combinatorial optimization, machine study, self-adaptingcontrol, planning and design, and artificated life,etc.It is one of key techniques ofintelligent control in the 21st century. As a new type of optimizing searching method of thewhole, Genetic Algorithm has many advantages, such as simple and common use, strongRobust, suitable to parallel processing, etc.Also, if Genetic Algorithm is combined with the Fuzzy Control methodology, it wouldbe favorable to the optimization of the fuzzy reasoning rules and parameters adjustmentof the Pop System.Taking the Low-hequency Sndmempd Arc FUmat as the COthelled member,thisPaPer first introduces the frequenC conx,ersion Principles of the high-powered lowfrequsncy H source,as well as itS comPUte realiZation.Then this paPer discusses theFuny ContrO! combined with Genatic AlgOrithm,in areordance with the workingchwtstics of the fUrnace.Finally,the comPute simulations of Lhe pe are showedin this paperwhich indicate that this control strategy haS very good effects.
