【摘要】 引进和开发高技术项目是我国21世纪林业行动中的重要内容。“3S”技术是指GPS、RS、GIS及其集成技术是现代高新技术之一。加强森林资源及环境的监测是社会发展对林业提出的要求，而传统的森林资源监测存在许多不足，“3S”技术的引进必将大大增强对森林资源的监测能力。基于这种指导思想，以武冈林场为例集成“3S”的森林经理信息系统也就应运而生。 本文系统地阐述了当前用计算机建立森林经理信息系统的必要性和重大的现实意义，采用了当前流行的面向对象的分析与设计方法。选用了具有强大功能和友好集成开发环境的PB语言作为这次开发的主要编程工具，并与CityStar、RS、GPS集成建立森林经理信息系统。 本系统提出了一个适合南方国有林场的“3S”模式。以“3S”技术为核心，形成了一套完整的数据采集，数据处理和系列专题图制作工艺。探索采用扫描输入大批量图形数据的方法。对今后的工作有重要的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important content to import and develop advanced technology in forestry action of our country in the 21ST century . The technology of Sis integrated with GPS(Global Positioning Systern),GIS(Geographical Information System),RS(Remote Sensing) and it is one of advanced technology. For the deficiency of traditional methods,monitoring to the forest is wanted, and the technology meets the need.The technology of Swill strength its action. Based on this idea .The Forest Management Information System integrated with Sin WuGang forest farm here studied. This paper expounds necessity and important meaning of using computer to create the forest management information system . adopting the current object oriented system and design approach. using powerbuilder language basedon forms ,oriented object programming,and acting part of supporting database.We create the forest management information system integrated with Citystar ,RS,GPS. This system put forward an pattern integrated with ?5?that suit for the south forest farm of state-owened.With the technology integrated with 5at the core.We make a methodology of data capture ,data processing,serious monographical graph making .searched a methods of inputing volume data in scanning.更多还原
