二次供水节能优化研究

【摘要】 本文剖析了二次加压供水过程的能量转换机理,介绍了可利用市政管网压强能量的二次供水系统的用水模型,建立给水系统(随机过程)的数学模型,通过数字仿真的方法求得在两个约束条件下(进端压力满足市政要求、用户用水不断流)的节能控制算法的最优解。文中应用神经网络智能预测方法建立用水数学模型;以动态规划实现节能的整体优化;并采用模糊控制策略实现变频恒压供水。 据统计,全国有三分之一的电量是消耗在水泵风机负载上,城乡居民生活用水二次加压设备所消耗的电量在这类负载中也占了相当比例。如果能把这方面的能耗降下几个百分点,相当于在我国多建了几个发电站。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the principle ofenergy conversion In the procedure ofwater supply and sets up the model of the water-supply system that can make fulluse of the energy of water-supply network.Wlth two restrictive condition,the controlalgorithm of energy saving is analyzed and researchea by the method of numerical emulation. The mathematical model of water supply is built by means of neural net.The wholeoptimization of water supply is realized by dynamic programming. The all auto altering-frequency and constant pressure system of water supply is designed by making use of the fuzzy control. Because of the irrational way of water supply and lack of excellent control method, largeenergy is wasted during secondary water-supply. If we can lower several energy of secondarywater supply,it is amount to more power station are built in our country.In brief, it willheighten the property of water supply and ensure high effciency and energy saving.
