敏捷虚拟企业及其管理研究

【摘要】 敏捷制造、虚拟企业作为一种新的企业发展战略，其思想一经提出，就引起了世人的极大关注。本文首先分析了敏捷虚拟企业的概念及其产生的原因和组织类型，然后，针对我国企业敏捷性不足问题，提出了敏捷化改造的策略，其中包括了几年来理论界提出的新思想和新方法。在此基础上，提出了组建敏捷虚拟企业的步骤和在管理中应注意的问题。最后，简单的讨论了这一理论在云南铜业集团中的应用问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new enterprise-developing stratagem, Agile Manufacturing and Virtual Corporation have been attracting people’ s more attention as soon as the idea was given. Above all, this author analyzed the conception of agile virtual corporation and the reason about how it comes into being and its structure type. Then, because of the problem of the lack of agi lity in our modern enterprise, the author put forward the tactics of the agility reconstructive, including a lot of new idea and new methods being brought forward by theoretic circles. Besed on this, author also gives the process of how to organize the agile virtual corporation and the problems, which should be, pay attention in the business management. Finally, the author simple discussed the problem that how to use the Virtual corporation in Yunnan Copper Corporation Group.更多还原
