【摘要】 在市场经济与对外开放背景下，要促进农业增长、农民增收，必须加快农业技术进步和制度创新。目前，农业技术进步的障碍因素主要应归于制度约束。因此，加强适应农业技术进步的制度创新是一个现实选择。 论文回顾了国内外关于制度创新与农业技术进步的研究动态，阐述了制度及制度创新的一般理论，提出了制度创新与农业技术进步都是促进农业经济增长的独立变量的观点，从制度创新的基础作用、农业技术进步的诱导功能、制度创新与农业技术的发展阶段性特征方面探讨了制度创新与农业技术进步的辨证关系，并建立了一个模型分析论证它们的互动关系。最后，针对我国当前制度对农业技术进步的制约，主要从土地制度、合作经济组织、科技体制、价格体制、技术市场、政府行为及非正式制度七个方面，探讨了促进农业技术进步的制度创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the background of marketing economy and open policy, In order to prompt the growth of agricultural economy and farmers?incomes. It抯 necessary to quicken progress of agricultural technology and institutional innovation. Recently, obstacle factors of progress of agricultural technology should be mainly attributed to institutional constraints. Thus, It is a realistic chose to strengthen institutional innovation adjusting to progress of agricultural technology.Recent advances in the study of institutional innovation and progress of agricultural technology at home and abroad were retrospected.General theories of institution and institutional innovation were elaborated and viewpoint that institutional innovation and progress of agricultural technology are independent variable of the growth of agricultural economy was put forward. Relative relationships between institutional innovation and progress of agricultural technology were studied from basic role of institutional innovation, reducing function of progress of agricultural technology and development phasic characteristics of institutional innovation and progress of agricultural technology. Also a model was made to analysis and demonstrate mutual effect of institutional innovation and progress of agricultural technology.In the end, institutional innovation prompting progress of agricultural technology were probed into mainly from land institution,cooperate enterprise, science and technical system, price system,technical market, government behaviors and informal institutions directing against institutional constraints toward progress of agricultural technology in our countryKuang yuanpei(Economy and management school)Directed by prof.Zeng Fusheng更多还原
